ratingThe rep was professional and respectful throughout the phone call. He explained why the company needed more information about what I ordered as apparently, I neglected to list which power source I wanted and explained the pros and cons of each. He answered questions politely and it really was the most positive interaction I've ever had with a sales representative. This gentleman is a credit to the company and I can only pray next time I order, should I have a problem, I get him on the phone. -

ratingInitially we were nervous about ordering furniture we’d never seen over the internet, from a company we’d never dealt with. We were especially concerned that the furniture would be back ordered for months or simply impossible to get. But we were pleasantly surprised with our experience from start to finish. Our order was promptly acknowledged and we were kept updated every step along the way. The furniture was on our doorstep in just a few weeks and although we haven’t unboxed it yet (the room is still under construction), it appears to be of good quality and just what we expected. We saved hundreds of dollars, which makes us very happy! -

ratingWe'd gone to an Ashley Furniture, found a sectional we really liked. After being abandoned for 20 minutes by the salesperson we were attempting to check out with as they "assisted" someone else we decided to look elsewhere. Lo and behold we found the exact sectional at 1stop for $600 less and free shipping, and a more immediate delivery. We have the sectional now (over 2 weeks earlier than Ashley was going to deliver). We are quite pleased. -

ratingThe furniture I purchased was a beautiful as the picture online! I was leery about the expensive piece I wanted and not knowing this company was a concern, but Wow! The price was less expensive than other companies. the customer service was beyond excellent and the tv console was as stunning in person as it was in the picture. From the ease of ordering to the day of delivery, the line of communication was always open! I will order more from 1stopbedrooms...don't be fooed by the name; they carry a huge inventory of other furniture. -

ratingI haven’t really bought any furniture except for a bed a long time so I was a little hesitant about getting anything but needed a new loveseat. After checking out the internet I found this Ashley loveseat and really liked the style and color. Plus the price was the best I found on it and free shipping to boot! So I called and spoke to Joe who was able to answer all my questions and made me feel good about placing the order. Can’t wait to see the new loveseat. Would definitely recommend this site to others. -

ratingAmazing company! Fantastic delivery! This is my 3rd time ordering from this company (I ordered in my old house and again in my new home). This company sells quality furniture and they are extremely reliable. I recently purchased a big wood desk and fancy chair for my daughters room and the order was very easy to place online. The company sent me updates via email of the exact status on my order delivery so I never had to worry or call in. I was able to easily track delivery and the white glove team was flawless. They were so respectful of my home and super fast. They did a perfect job. I truly feel that this company is the only place I will order furniture from moving forward in the future. You can always reach someone on the phone like when I called and spoke to Joe, who was the kindest and most customer appeasing representative that a company can have working for them! In the past, I have ordered 2 dressers from this company and also had amazing experiences which is why I ordered this time. This company is hands down the most reliable and uses the best white glove delivery team. The furniture was packed so well, the delivery team was so careful to keep everything perfect including when they took their shoes off without me even asking. From the bottom of my heart, I recommend 1StopBedrooms. I will be ordering again. There’s a lot of companies out there that simply cannot hold a candle to this one. ratingThis is our second big purchase from 1stopbedrooms. We have been very pleased with their service and communication, not to mention their pricing. This particular purchase was 6 couches for our theater room. I was worried ordering online that the color would be wrong when it arrived, but the price justified the risk for me. The couches came and are better than we could have expected. Wish all my online furniture purchases had worked out so well. 1stopbedrooms will be my go to for all future purchases. -

Today I was asked to verify billing, which I appreciated. Friendly and helpful service was a plus. Joe was amazing and expedited the order even though I was the one that caused the delay. I appreciate a business doing their due diligence to confirm online purchases as there are many financial fraudsters out there. The delivery company was very professional and friendly. They brought the sectional in my house without touching my door frame or the walls, I was very impressed considering how big the sectional was. -

ratingI love the barstools, but the soft cardboard used for shipping was a disgrace and ripped open in several places. Three of the feet fell off and luckily I found them in the boxes (each stool was boxed separately) and one of the back rests was badly scratched and chipped. I was planning on painting them so I was able to fix them. The feet should be put into the parts box so they don't get lost. The boxes need to be larger and packing material put around the stools. -

ratingWe were at Ashley Furniture a week or two purchasing a new livingroom set and saw a sofa table and end table, but decided against it. The following week I had a gut feeling to try the internet and see if we could find the tables, that when stumbled across 1stopbedroom's We couldn't believe our eyes the exact tables from Ashley, but at the fraction of what the showroom had them. Both tables were equal to the price of one. We received the table just this past weekend and couldn't be more happier for the price we paid and shipping timeframe was within a week. Thank you, 1stop bedroom's, this isn't the last of me. -

ratingI have had a wonderful shopping experience with 1stopbedroom. I was thrilled to find them online as their furniture selection is just wonderful and seems very different and quality than the other furniture stores online that all seem to carry the same items. One area of confusion is the shipping times - I confused their shipment date with the arrival date, so I waited weeks to order and I'm kicking myself in the **** a little bit as I really need to get the furniture in in the next 3 weeks so fingers crossed for that. I think a note of shipment times would be helpful, as most sites have date one can expect the item rather than date it ships. Anyway, I ended up needing to call in because the state of Hawaii was not listed as an option under BILLING (despite me actually having the items shipped to Illinois) I spoke with Simon and he was incredibly kind and helpful, he got me all taken care of- he did not try and hard sell me on anything, he was very patient, extremely helpful, professional and nice. Couldn't have been a better experience. He also gave me his extension if I ran into any snags. Any question I asked, his answer was an "absolutely, no problem." I have not gotten my furniture yet, so even though I cannot speak to that, I am extremely happy with their customer service and the shopping experience thus far. Thank you! -

ratingI am so happy with my purchase and cannot wait to start entertaining. Ordered the Farmhouse Splat back chairs and they are exactly as described in both color and design. Looks well made and feels solid too. And, the Coastal Living **** table I ordered which was by another company with 1StopBedrooms blends well enough together so color me so happy with my purchases especially ordering it all from online. The staff is friendly, helpful and prompt and answered all of my questions. -

ratingWe were looking for a polywood dining/bar height set for under one of our gazebos and we came across the set we purchased. We are pleased with the quality, assembly parts and directions and the general look of the set! We love the set it is sturdy, pleasing to the eye and very heavy duty we know that it will not tip over in the wind. 1StopBedrooms kept us informed and we received everything in perfect condition. ratingTook me a long time to choose end tables for my den. My theme in the den is "Portofino", that in Italy, I have never been there, but it is top choice on my bucket list. The feet, or legs on all my furniture are all "bun" feet, which look italian to me, anyway, no one had small end tables (limited space) til I found 1 Stop Bedrooms, waited a while and finally they arrived (2) the packaging was unbelievable, alot of thought went into that, took me a while to unpack and all was in pristine condition, had to put legs and bottom shelf and feet on, but all was pretty easy. love my tables and I would definitely order from 1 Stop again. ratingI did a deep dive researching the specific chair that we wanted for our living room so it coordinated with other two pieces. Upon seeing the price of this name brand chair at 50% to 90% more plus shipping at other online and brick and mortar stores, it was a delight to find it at One Stop. I was worried that it would take months so ship which was the timing my neighbors experienced with their furniture orders elsewhere, but it arrived in less than 6 weeks. Tracking information was great, and delivery was well coordinated with plenty of notice. Overall a great experience. -

ratingThis thing is 175 lbs empty! Solid wood. The feet must weigh a pound each, every drawer is velvet lined not just the bottom but the entire drawer inside and out and underneath! It has soft close drawers. The mirror is arched at the top and the entire thing is beveled. The outside is gorgeous. The crystals are great quality not glued on the front but actually inset into the cabinet. It came assembled just had to put the feet on and turn around the knobs. They were installed on the cabinet inside so they didn’t get messed up in shipping. It is so much nicer than in the pictures. The black iguana is so classy! -

ratingAfter many months of looking for a sofa online, 1Stopbedrooms was the one company who could offer what I was looking for at a comparable price, and deliver it in a decent amount of time. The delivery process was easy, with communication from the company and the shipping venue. The delivery men arrived nice and early, just after 7AM as scheduled, and they were efficient, professional and friendly. As for the sofa itself, it's exactly as described, and I love it. I couldn't afford the White Glove delivery service, but I had no problem assembling the couch myself. I will definitely turn to this company for my future furniture purchases. -

( bought a beautiful cassimore 4 post canopy bed in 2019 and a gameboy 3 seater power reclining couch this year 2022 and am always very pleased. Any issue just keep trying to contact their numbers or on Twitter and they get back to you asap and fix any issue. -

The gentleman I spoke to was vey courteous and put my suspicions to rest. I was contacted later to confirm some information, and again was pleased with service And information I received. I am waiting for my delivery to complete my thoughts. -

ratingI bought my bedroom set from 1st Stop Bedrooms. They had the best price and was claimed to be the best in Newsweek. I read all of the wonderful reviews and felt encouraged. My husband then read the bad reviews and in his cynical way got me concerned. I emailed them several times for the status of my order. They replied to every email and promptly and gave me reassurance. My furniture arrived in the timing they said it would. The White Glove Service came in and set it all up for me. I was not the easiest customer to deal with but they were gracious and my furniture is just as expected!! Beautiful, without damage, and on time!! I will buy from 1st stop bedrooms again for sure! -

ratingMade purchase Sept 3rd -order 9176497. Order was for powered recliner loveseats and single recliners. Site indicated based on zip code delivery would take place 1-2 weeks. After placing order and company taking funds, I received a call where was notified none of my powered furniture could use power features without an additional $800 purchase. I paid this and moved on. It took several weeks to get est delivery date which at one point was a month out. Once could schedule actual delivery was set for 2 months after purchase. Main issue is predatory business practices in fact they claim a est delivery time but informed of real delivery time well past the 24 hour mark. You only have 24 hours to cancel a order for full refund. If done after that the fee is 15% +$1.75/lb which makes it so expensive you can’t and are locked in. They do not advertise that delivery can take 4x or more time they give you at time of purchase. They also don't list real price which is to make sure goods can be used for intended purpose. They then intentionally miss inform you so you can’t cancel in the 24 hour window to get full refund (i.e. knowing realistic delivery window or total cost to ensure goods work as indented). The company uses false advertisement, coercive business practices -

ratingI am one of those people who is very skeptical about on-line anything, especially shopping at unknown websites. I have been searching for over a year to find the perfect two tone bench to match my refinished table and new chairs. I came upon this bench on another website and fell in love with it! I saw who the manufacturer was and continued my search, which led me to 1Stop Bedrooms. I found my product there for HALF the PRICE! The other company did not have a phone number. The ONLY reason I took a chance on this website over the others was because they had an actual Customer Service phone number with a real person that actually answered and helped me with product information and ordering online! He provided EXCELLENT customer service and made me feel better about ordering from an unknown company. The product was shipped earlier than the time stated and was in perfect condition! It was easy to put together and looked even better than the pictures! I absolutely LOVE my bench and will order again from this company!! Thank you, 1Stop Bedrooms!!! -

rating9-16-22 While we are awaiting our delivery, I believe the process of keeping in touch is very important. My husband and I liked the tone and friendliness of all the office. Everyone involved in getting our order right and delivered correctly was impressive. Because that does not happen, that's why it stood out with treatment from so many.
