ratingI placed an order for the Donlen white living room set. I messed up ordering and contacted customer service to correct the order. I received a prompt call back the following morning and the agent was friendly and extremely helpful. Corrected my order and went over it to ensure it’s right. He explained if the order gets delayed then I can always have my address updated for it to go to my new address. It’s my first time using 1stop bedrooms and it’s been an extremely positive experience so far! Thank you!! -

ratingWe looked for a small cabinet to go in our dining room for at least 2 years. Needed the right dimensions to fit in the spot. Found a beautiful 2 door cabinet online with 1stopbedrooms. Delivery was very quick, our excitement faded, our new cabinet had two broken hinges on one door & 2 of the screw in legs were crooked. After calling to report damage, new hinges & cabinet legs were priority shipped to us & arrived within 3 days. Wow, super customer service-highly recommend. -

ratingI had an issue with my delivery location. What I ordered could not be delivered to my delivery address. When I called, Charley answered the phone and helped me find another item that was very close to what I originally ordered. He couldn't get the white glove delivery, but he was able to get it delivered into the house. Instead of cancelling my order, Charley was able to help me get another option that works for me. ratingI recently ordered a full living room set, sofa, loveseat and chair. The price could not be beat! 1 Stop Bedrooms made the ordering online so easy and offered the lowest price on the market. Even more impressive was their White Glove Service. Each piece of furniture was handled very carefully and they also paid attention to my entry door, floor and carpet. The floor was covered before any pieces were brought in to insure cleanliness. They placed each furniture piece exactly where I wanted them, made sure everything worked (power recliners) then cleaned up the boxes, all wrapping and floor covering. This service was extremely professional, and I would highly recommend 1 Stop Bedrooms for any furniture you are looking for. My living room set is absolutely beautiful and I'm so very happy and impressed with 1 Stop Bedrooms. -

ratingI had misconception on my order and was not happy to find out. I was not getting two chairs, but only one and Joe helped me figure out where I went wrong. He said it was bad that your ad had two chairs on it. Give me the impression that you got two chairs for the price of one. I ordered another two chairs so that my table of four would be all the same. We completed my order over the phone with additional accessories I had not added and were needed. It was quick and easy. Now, I just have to wait for delivery! -

ratingIf wrong size or color chosen, page should list customer service number and indicate how short/long the window is up call and change the online order. Online is tricky, clicking one thing and thinking you changed it but page did not take the change is challenging for customers. Extra checks built in the purchase experience at multiple spots not just last page could be incorporated. -

ratingi was getting out of work late and the delivery was right on time. The 2 brothers that helped bring the purchasee into home delivery were both patient and professional. after stting up my living room i sat down with a cold beer than laid down on my new couch. 4 1/2 hours later after i woke up damn, the thing is deep sleep. First of all, they have the best prices in comparison to other big name furniture companies even though they are selling the exact same products. The online ordering process was very easy and self explanatory. The delivery company used, kept in close contact with a delivery schedule. I would 100% use 1stop for my future furniture purchases. -

ratingAlways a great go-to to purchase furniture. The time frame you get emailed for delivery is a few weeks out but onestop bedrooms always cuts that time in half or even more. My furniture was delivered under 2 weeks time and that was even around the holidays! Highly recommend. Their delivery company they use are always respectful and efficient. Can’t say enough good things about OneStopBedrooms. -

ratingI was first of all pleasantly surprised that there was a live person to answer my call for instruction on how to order a bed room set. Shaun or Shawn, walked me through the process and guided me in what worked best for the unit that I was interested in purchasing. He interacted with this older woman in a professional, patient and knowledgeable way. He explained to me what was necessary to have a complete set, and the process for acquiring insurance coverage, etc. He is an asset to your company. In this cruel world there needs to be more patient, professional and enthusiastic employees. I pray that I will be as pleased with the furniture as I was engaged with Shawn in purchasing it. -

ratingWas very skeptical about ordering furniture online and having it delivered, however process was simple and easy as I expected but SHIPPING is what worried me! How long will it take to arrive? Will they bring it in the house or leave it outside? Well I received my recliner very quickly for placing my order online and the delivery was flawless, they called and let me know the day before delivery, also called me when they was about 45 minutes out and I had plenty of time to meet them, they carried the item into my home and placed it into position! Would definitely order again!!!! 5 Stars!!!!! -

ratingSo, I found the sofa I wanted to purchase at ASHLEY Furniture in Murfreesboro Tn. Ashley could not tell me a delivery date and the sofa “Next-Gen Durapella 2 seat power Rec sofa Adj headrest”. Was priced at $2374.00. I needed to research to get a better deal, Gir on the internet and googled the exact brand, that’s when I found, 1stop bedrooms. The exact sofa was $1352.83. That’s a $1000 dollar saving. Called placed the order. The buying experience was so easy. The quy I spoke with was great, friendly, knowledgeable and handled the sale extremely well. As a matter of fact, I was unaware that it was an enticement; nevertheless, I was doing it for the sake of letting you know how you've done with regard to customer service. The last gentleman I spoke to was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and found my order from a year ago to help me order additional seating. The entire process was a couple of minutes. In all honesty, my original order was plagued with issues, wrong parts, etc. etc. Not to mention the white glove service. Perhaps it's difficult to find qualified personnel in the mountains of NC. I digress ; the fact that every person I spoke to in the past was so helpful, went out of their way to keep me informed , bent over backwards that, how could I not continue to buy from this company? ratingEverything was good. Delivery guys were very nice. They brought my couch into my living room. took a picture of it and then left. I wasn't aware they were not suppose to unwrap the couch so I could inspect it for damages. I was able to unwrap it fine and instead the feet on bottom of couch. There are a couple of blemishes on the couch, not bad enough to return it but a discount would be welcomed. Thank you! -

ratingI did have to wait a few weeks before my order was processed, but it was during the height of the Holiday Season. I just received a call from Raymond with customer service, who did just verify my address so that my bookcase and cabinet can now be shipped. Raymond did insure that my address was correct which did give me peace of mind, that I would receive my order correctly. This is my first time ordering with 1StopBedrooms, but so far, the experience e has been very satisfying! ! -

The company that was supposed to deliver and put the table together had it on hold for months. I finally reached out to 1Stopbedrooms and was notified how to co tact them. The table is beautiful and the technician that put it together was professional and fast! -

ratingWe just received our tv console and it is beautiful. It was packaged completely assembled and was delivered to our door. The Liberty brand is very heavy and durable furniture that will last a long time. It is exactly as the picture shows, but even more beautiful in person! I had called about the order 2 or 3 times to check the status. The ladies I spoke with were very friendly and helpful each time. I did receive my order a few days early. I would highly recommend buying from 1Stop Bedrooms! I am very satisfied with my purchase! They were lower priced than all other stores and shipping was free! -

ratingI purchased the libation locker after finding it at a significant discount on the 1StopBedrooms website. I was slightly concerned as this was still a very expensive piece of furniture and I had not heard of this 1StopBedrooms prior to purchasing. I can assure any hesitant customers, I received white glove delivery and a the piece arrived in EXCELLENT condtion! Absolutely recommend. I did receive a few slight delays from the original projected delivery date (2-3 weeks) but I had no issues once received. -

ratingI bought my Ashley bedroom set and the store only had one nightstand in stock. The price online was a little over $300. Once I got ready to order it online, the price had more than doubled to over $650. I began to search other stores online and found the exact one at 1stop for less than the Ashley store original price. It was well shipped and arrived quickly. I definitely recommend 1 stop. -

The delivery was prompt and customer service was top notch when I needed to know when the set (backordered at the time) would ship from the vendor. I received two follow up emails with updates, even though this wasn’t requested. I will be a repeat customer! -

ratingI had an existing dinning room set. Turns out we were hosting christmas this year, could only seat 6 but needed to seat 10. So I needed 2 new chairs and a bench from my set. Searched for it online and came across 1 stop. Promised to deliver before Christmas. In less then 5 day the bench and chairs where at the house and a perfect match to the set. Christmas was saved. ratingWhile I had to wait a little longer than I had hoped for the items, they were nevertheless delivered on schedule, as per the promise date. And the delivery was great. The guys brought the stuff into my house, as opposed to leaving it outside like other sellers do. All in all, I am pleased with the purchase - value, quality, delivery, and communication. My one complaint is the delivery people got mud all over my carpet and didn’t even apologize. & I Also unwrapped my couch myself because they didn’t seem to know what they were doing. So I told them I’d handle it. But I’d definitely buy from 1stopbedrooms again! -

I cannot recall ever ordering furniture online and it was delivered with that kind of care. I really appreciate that as I've ordered other pieces online and have had to send back multiple times due to damage so this was A++++++++ and I will certainly be shopping with 1 Stop Bedrooms again. -

ratingWe purchased a second table after pulling it up online because where we purchased locally did not have anymore. It was almost half the price and free delivery!!!!!! Excellent communication and package was in tact and clean! I will use them in the future without a doubt. In todays times to have this experience online is amazing.
