ratingI was looking for accent chair and browsing around different major furniture vendor websites. I found one chair I like and googled it. Find a few website selling the same chair with different price point. 1stopbedrooms has the lowest price plus free shipping. Ordering process on the website was quiet easy and they deliver the chair earlier than I expected. Great place for furniture shopping. -

ratingI compared the price of our recliners on several websites, and 1Stop had the best price. THEN I discovered they didn't charge for shipping! Bonus. Once I completed my purchase - which was very easy, by the way - the estimated delivery date was over 6 weeks out. At first I was disappointed, but then thought that was a fair trade for all the money I was saving. Lo and behold, our recliners were delivered ONE WEEK LATER. That was a delightful surprise. We did have a hitch in the delivery - initially, the wrong item was delivered. (We weren't home when that delivery occurred). But we made a quick phone call to the company, and two days later we had our recliners. Everything arrived in pristine condition, and we're very happy. -

ratingI found their customer service support to be outstanding- they kept me informed of the status of my order each step of the way. Their representative went beyond in calling the manufacturer to find exactly when I could expect shipment (due to Covid issues) They followed up with me on the shipment once my item was enroute- I couldn't ask for more! My item was delivered extremely well packed and without problem by excellent delivery personnel. I had previously ordered from two other big companies and both times my items came in pieces. Due to the outstanding service of Onestopbedrooms I will order all my other furniture from them going forward! Thank you!!! -

ratingI was happy to see that the frame was solid wood, well constructed, sturdy and from Malaysia. Assembly was relatively simple seeing that most of the sections were already pre assembled. It took an hour to unwrap a well packaged set of 3 boxes and another 1 hour to assemble. I had one non structural small stress fracture on a piece of one of the drawer boxes frame, which is under the mattress so I repaired it myself with wood glue . Other than that I am very pleased with the product. -

ratingThe site offers a huge amount of inventory to choose from. The small nightstand came immediately. It was easy to assemble. The only drawback are the drawers; they don't pull out smoothly, they stick because of the hardware used, they skimped on it. You have to pull out slowly and rock it back & forth. These weren't little drawers and needed better hardware to open smoothly. Not cool. -

ratingThe product and services provided by 1stopbedrooms was fantastic. I love my new 6 piece bedroom set that I purchased online. The only complaint is the shipping/tracking information constantly changed from day to day which made me very anxious and concerned. This caused me to reach out multiple times by phone and chat to verify delivery. I came very close to considering cancellation. In the end, I'm glad I didn't. -

ratingThe Sofa recliner is absolutely beautiful. The delivery man was above and beyond respectful! I would recommend 1stop bedroom 100%. My daughter loved my sofa recliner so much she is thinking of buying one. The price was unbelievable and believe me I search the internet before I purchase my sofa from one stop bedroom! Please take a chance with 1Stop Bedroom you want regret it. -

We ordered the 'Zarina Jute Sofa' and could not be happier. The quality is top notch. The sofa is comfortable and just what we had been looking for. The associate was very helpful answering all my questions and helping me place the order. My order had been delayed by the manufacturer but any time I had a question they were very helpful. They completely kept me informed every step of the way. I would definately deal with them again. -

ratingThis was the second order I placed with 1StopBedrooms - and was very pleased with the entire experience! The prices are hard to beat and the delivery only took 3 weeks from order placement to delivery (though the dates in my account keep changing - since it appears my Ashley order was shipped directly by them, I suppose 1StopBedrooms doesn’t have a lot of control here). I wouldn’t hesitate to place another order with this company! -

ratingOne piece from my order shipped out immediately and arrived within two weeks. The other piece was delayed, however, I spoke to customer service and they looked into it. I was given frequent updates and was told the item was taking longer than usual. They provided me with a $50 discount on the item for the delay, and then I received it a week later. Excellent customer service! -

ratingI chose to purchase from 1stop because their price was the best for the couch I wanted. I purchased the couch on the 13th of January and it arrived on the 21st. Overall I'm very happy that I chose to buy from them. They were very communicative through the whole process and delivery was great. The couch is just what I expected and more. I highly recommend. -

ratingI ordered a Ashley man den sofa from 1 stop bedrooms I was very pleased with the customer service I typed the wrong email address originally and contacted the company with correct one and they had an invoice for my purchase in my email shortly after. It does take time for furniture shipments to process I expected this and you should too the trade off on the wait is you will save thousands. -

ratingTo be honest I was pretty scared because I ordered my bed before I read the reviews on Google about this website but honestly the order went well. My bed was scheduled to be about 2 weeks late but it actually came right when they first projected it. Bed came without any damage delivered to the house. Great prices and quality delivery. I will definitely order from 1stopbedrooms in the future! -

ratingI placed an order for the Donlen white living room set. I messed up ordering and contacted customer service to correct the order. I received a prompt call back the following morning and the agent was friendly and extremely helpful. Corrected my order and went over it to ensure it’s right. He explained if the order gets delayed then I can always have my address updated for it to go to my new address. It’s my first time using 1stop bedrooms and it’s been an extremely positive experience so far! Thank you!! -

ratingWe looked for a small cabinet to go in our dining room for at least 2 years. Needed the right dimensions to fit in the spot. Found a beautiful 2 door cabinet online with 1stopbedrooms. Delivery was very quick, our excitement faded, our new cabinet had two broken hinges on one door & 2 of the screw in legs were crooked. After calling to report damage, new hinges & cabinet legs were priority shipped to us & arrived within 3 days. Wow, super customer service-highly recommend. -

When I called, Charley answered the phone and helped me find another item that was very close to what I originally ordered. He couldn't get the white glove delivery, but he was able to get it delivered into the house. Instead of cancelling my order, Charley was able to help me get another option that works for me. ratingI recently ordered a full living room set, sofa, loveseat and chair. The price could not be beat! 1 Stop Bedrooms made the ordering online so easy and offered the lowest price on the market. Even more impressive was their White Glove Service. Each piece of furniture was handled very carefully and they also paid attention to my entry door, floor and carpet. The floor was covered before any pieces were brought in to insure cleanliness. They placed each furniture piece exactly where I wanted them, made sure everything worked (power recliners) then cleaned up the boxes, all wrapping and floor covering. This service was extremely professional, and I would highly recommend 1 Stop Bedrooms for any furniture you are looking for. My living room set is absolutely beautiful and I'm so very happy and impressed with 1 Stop Bedrooms. -

ratingI had misconception on my order and was not happy to find out. I was not getting two chairs, but only one and Joe helped me figure out where I went wrong. He said it was bad that your ad had two chairs on it. Give me the impression that you got two chairs for the price of one. I ordered another two chairs so that my table of four would be all the same. ratingIf wrong size or color chosen, page should list customer service number and indicate how short/long the window is up call and change the online order. Online is tricky, clicking one thing and thinking you changed it but page did not take the change is challenging for customers. Extra checks built in the purchase experience at multiple spots not just last page could be incorporated. -

The 2 brothers that helped bring the purchasee into home delivery were both patient and professional. after stting up my living room i sat down with a cold beer than laid down on my new couch. 4 1/2 hours later after i woke up damn, the thing is deep sleep. ratingAlways a great go-to to purchase furniture. The time frame you get emailed for delivery is a few weeks out but onestop bedrooms always cuts that time in half or even more. My furniture was delivered under 2 weeks time and that was even around the holidays! Highly recommend. Their delivery company they use are always respectful and efficient. Can’t say enough good things about OneStopBedrooms. -

ratingI was first of all pleasantly surprised that there was a live person to answer my call for instruction on how to order a bed room set. Shaun or Shawn, walked me through the process and guided me in what worked best for the unit that I was interested in purchasing. He interacted with this older woman in a professional, patient and knowledgeable way. He explained to me what was necessary to have a complete set, and the process for acquiring insurance coverage, etc. He is an asset to your company. In this cruel world there needs to be more patient, professional and enthusiastic employees. I pray that I will be as pleased with the furniture as I was engaged with Shawn in purchasing it. -

ratingWas very skeptical about ordering furniture online and having it delivered, however process was simple and easy as I expected but SHIPPING is what worried me! How long will it take to arrive? Will they bring it in the house or leave it outside? Well I received my recliner very quickly for placing my order online and the delivery was flawless, they called and let me know the day before delivery, also called me when they was about 45 minutes out and I had plenty of time to meet them, they carried the item into my home and placed it into position! Would definitely order again!!!! 5 Stars!!!!! -

ratingSo, I found the sofa I wanted to purchase at ASHLEY Furniture in Murfreesboro Tn. Ashley could not tell me a delivery date and the sofa “Next-Gen Durapella 2 seat power Rec sofa Adj headrest”. Was priced at $2374.00. I needed to research to get a better deal, Gir on the internet and googled the exact brand, that’s when I found, 1stop bedrooms. The exact sofa was $1352.83. That’s a $1000 dollar saving. Called placed the order. The buying experience was so easy. The quy I spoke with was great, friendly, knowledgeable and handled the sale extremely well. As a matter of fact, I was unaware that it was an enticement; nevertheless, I was doing it for the sake of letting you know how you've done with regard to customer service. The last gentleman I spoke to was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and found my order from a year ago to help me order additional seating. The entire process was a couple of minutes. In all honesty, my original order was plagued with issues, wrong parts, etc. etc. Not to mention the white glove service. Perhaps it's difficult to find qualified personnel in the mountains of NC. I digress ; the fact that every person I spoke to in the past was so helpful, went out of their way to keep me informed , bent over backwards that, how could I not continue to buy from this company?
