ratingOur shopping experience was one of the best we have ever experienced. The gentleman we spoke with was so helpful. We asked him his name and when he told us that his name was Kolby he made our day.!!! We had just lost our Grandson 3 weeks ago (22 yrs. old ) whose name was Kolby and the conversation we had with Kolby on the phone sounded and acted so much like our grandson that my wife and I lost it. ratingWe called looking for a dining table set to furnish an old 1903 home we recently purchased for a BNB. We could not find the complete set on any other websites when we call we spoke with Joe, and he was able to find us the exact table, and chairs and at an amazing price! He was helpful, professional and friendly and made our buying experience such a pleasure. I would absolutely recommend 1stopbedrooms to anyone looking, and have already told our friends. -

ratingJoe was a wonderfully warm and kind human to interact with. I have been fighting with my local store to get this bed set and I was getting upset when the computer was having an error taking my card information. Joe also helped me make sure I got all the items I needed for my order as I did not know I needed to also purchase the slats for the frame. His kindness and compassion for my challenges with my local Ashley store for this item was beyond what I needed. Thank you for all the help and support. I look forward to getting the updates of the shipment!! -

ratingI am glad that the sofa and love seat made it safely from China to my home. The sofa and Love seat were well-packed in original packing. The only problem was that shippers loaded the sofa and the loveseat in their truck upside down, which caused the tacks to make holes in the covering. I am glad that upholstry did not get gamaged or dirty. Also, 1stopBedrooms made me buy the insurance, which I did not want. The assembly of the sofa and the love seat was easy. Overall, I liked the sofa and the love seat. Last but not the least, I must not froget to thank 1StopBedrooms for the low prices. -

ratingI love the selection of furniture pieces and decor! The price was the best I found for the specific dining table I was looking for...and believe me I looked far and wide!! Definitely would recommend 1StopBedrooms if you need financing options - that process was easy, quick, and painless! I was a bit surprised by how long the shipping took, but it was a large item and had to be processed out of state, transported to a local warehouse, and then delivered by a local 3rd party...so it took a lot of coordination (all of which was handled by 1StopBedrooms btw). I just received my dining table today and I am head over heal in love with it!! Well worth the wait! -

ratingGotta say, I didn't know 1stopbedrooms was a legitimate thing. I had never heard of this store at all. But after looking at the selection a mulling over colors and styles the wife and I finally settled on OUR bedroom set. It's beautiful and sturdy. Ordering was simple and user friendly. Delivery was fast and the fellas who delivered were very respectful and nice. Anyone who needs bedroom furniture in the future I'm definitely sending them to this store. Diamond in the ruff. -

ratingUsually, when I buy stuff online, it's not to my expectation when it arrives, and furniture? I had big doubts about the quality and shipping handling process. But to my surprise, 1 Stop Bedroom did beyond my expectation. The packaging was outstanding, with no chances of getting scratched or chipped, and the quality of my bedroom set is so elegant. I am extremely happy with 1 stop Bedroom purchase and Sanremo by J&M makes the best furniture, minimum labor is required for installation, quality is best. Will recommend all my friends, families and everyone I know. -

ratingI ordered a full length mirror and initially received a set of dinning room chairs. The customer service representative, Steven, was super helpful to get it sorted out quickly. Within less than a week I received my mirror (which is beautiful) and even got to keep the set of chairs. I would certainly order from here again. The products are nice quality and the team is quick to help sort out any mistakes. -

ratingI called to order an nightstand for the bedroom set I ordered a month ago. The process couldn't have been easier! They looked up my phone number, confirmed my information and placed the order. He gave me a free assembly for being a repeat customer and reminded me that I could be entered into the $2500 giveaway today if I filled out the survey. Needless to say, it was my pleasure for being treated with the utmost respect and kindness. The entire process took only a few minutes. ratingMy customer service experience during my bedroom set and mattress purchase from 1stop bedrooms was wonderful! Koby was my sales associate, and he was exceptionally helpful and friendly. He provided me with suggested mattress options after obtaining relevant information on my sleep style and talked through all of the brand options and pricing. He even found a coupon for me for the one I ultimately purchased! He then told me the type of bed support I needed for appropriate set up with my bed frame/headboard choice. Hr also was very helpful in coordinating my delivery date with my apartment move in date. Thank you, Koby and 1stop bedrooms! -

ratingWe were constantly kept informed on the status of our order. We were called a couple of days before delivery to set up a good day and time for delivery. They arrived with the sofa bed within the widow of time they gave us. The sofa is beautiful and so comfortable to sit on and sleep on. I would highly recommend 1stopbedrooms. The price was much lower than I expected. -

The prices are great and with fast delivery. You know exactly when you will get it too. With the entertainment center we purchased inside delivery, was well worth the money, 3 men set up the unit and took away the packaging. Great job all!! -

ratingI saw the lamps in a furniture store but did not purchase them and realized they were what I needed to complete my new living look, so when I jumped online and saw both the table and floor lamp at a really great price from 1 stop bedrooms. The online process was super easy and they sent an email to confirm that the billing address was different from the delivery address. Can't wait to receive them and finish my new look. -

ratingQuality furniture that was easy to assemble with customer service people that went out of their way to call us with an update to the shipping details for clarification. We received great quality furniture at a cheaper price than all the competitors. Now when we are looking for furniture we start with 1stopbedrooms for our furniture needs. I was nervous to buy furniture and have it shipped but these were packed in such a way that I never saw before. They were packed to ensure there would be no damage. ratingI'm a first time buyer at 1 Stop bedrooms and was pleased to find great looking furniture on sale at half price for our guest bedroom. Their website was easy to maneuver around in. I purchased a dresser and end table which should be arriving in 2-3 weeks fully assembled (had to pay $129 extra for that). When I received a text asking me to verify my shipping address I found the rep to be courteous and willing to answer my questions. So far I've had a great experience with them! -

rating1stopbedrooms were reliable and on time, the team was very nice and cooperative, the furniture was in good shape, I was so happy with the service and quality of the furniture, I was so happy and turned around and bought a extra piece of furniture and I paid cash for every piece with no payments. I am so happy that I'm truly thinking about buying something else, I am in the process of remodeling and I am in need for another set for my entertainment room, the couch set is good and sturdy for tall people, thankyou 1stop and Ashley furniture, I look to work with you in the future ???????? -

ratingThe online store was easy to use and made check out a breeze. My billing address and shipping address were different so they did a verification call to make sure that there was no fraudulent activity and that all the information was correct. Customer service was great and they were very polite. I would recommend to anyone looking for furniture. There prices were great too. We shopped all around and none beat there prices. -

ratingGood customer follow up and communication is rare with on-line purchases these days. 1Stop made sure our order was correct and verified it over the phone prior to shipping which was good as they were actually going to ship 1 additional piece we had not ordered. Shipping and tracking notifications were timely and all 3 pieces arrived promptly. We're price shoppers andt The 3 items we ordered were very specific and their price was lowest among their competitors. -

ratingWe ordered a bed and 2 night stands, I did not realize the bed didn’t come with all parts needed and one other piece would need to be ordered and before they just proceeded to send me what I ordered they called and verified what I was ordering and explained that this other part would be needed as well. ratingAfter endless browsing, I finally settled on 1stop. Best decision I’ve made in a while. I must admit at first I was a bit apprehensive. Their prices were unbeatable, it was exactly what I had been looking for, and they delivered! Besides the prices, I liked that they kept me updated frequently on order processing. When my living room suit arrived the first thing I noticed was the attention to packaging. Once opened and set up, I was greeted by what had actually been described on the we website. Finally, the quality of the items I purchased is top of the line- so comfortable, so durable, I can go on and on. -

I was informed of delivery date and my Ashley sectional came in 2 boxes. If you have what ever I’m looking for , I will be buying it from 1Stopbedrooms. Do not hesitate to purchase from them . ratingTo tell the truth, I thought I got into something that was going to be a nightmare compared to other ratings that I read after ordering my entire bedroom furniture. My experience from the time I ordered my furniture, when I had questions regarding how my order moved through their system (customer service was so helpful) to being updated when my furniture went into another column to get it to me, to my furniture showing up. The furniture that I received was absolutely beautiful. Nothing was broken, scratched and everything was accounted for in my delivery. I had paid for white glove service due to my husband and I being in our 60s; plus, he has cancer. It has been a hard year. The young men who delivered and setup our furniture was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Going forward, if I need new furniture, 1StopBedrooms will be my 1st stop to shop. And yes, I will and have (already) told my family and friends about this company. -

ratingI saved $337 on the exact same sofa I ordered from BJ,’s wholesale club. So glad I saw 1st stop bedrooms ad and canceled my order at BJ’s and have them a chance. The process was very easy and I received excellent customer service. I got my sofa quicker than expected and the delivery guys were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great experience and I happily recommend this company. -

ratingYour web site is very hard to navigate. I trued to order a California King size bedroom set and all sets came up as queen size. I put in a specific search for Cal King and it added a queen bed. Also it didn’t give the option to add center support. Thus said Simon not only identified the missing item but asked if we still wanted the queen bed. In addition he upgraded us to a better bed. His sales ability is way above par. In addition I requested this survey just to insure he gets recognition for his efforts. Above and beyond is his style. Honestly I will be only ordering through Simon for now on. Due to your customer service alone I have advised your company on my social media. I say this not to receive anything but to acknowledge your service department’s ability. They should be read this and understand that their great work doesn’t go unnoticed. Even beating out local stores on their own products, to which the sales reps there always say "I don't know how they do this".
