ratingI bought this beautiful dining room set somewhere else and overpaid at $1200. Then I discovered 1stopbedrooms had it for $659!!!! Today I ordered one from 1stopbedrooms and I am returning the one in the photo to the place that overcharged me. I received a personal call to confirm my address for shipping I look forward to buying from 1stopbedrooms again in the near future. Marian -

ratingActually, the order went as it said in the shipping details From start to finish, it did take a month. But, unless your shopping at Amazon, most big items do take that long. The recliner couch was about $500 less than other places I had looked, so all in all. I think everything went great. They did call after I ordered to see if I wanted the brackets that hook the chase onto the recliner, that was alittle strange, should be included. But again, 5 stars. The delivery team brought it right into our family room, even though I didn't pay for that delivery So very happy customer here! -

ratingHello 1stop bedrooms I was disappointed about my new Iberis living set. Come to find out it’s discontinued. After speaking with supervisor. He providing pictures of a similar living room set. He took the time to help out. I order new living room set today. I’m very pleased with the style. He was very experienced caring and concerned about my feelings. ratingI ordered 2 big and tall recliners which we just love. One of the recliners reclining mechanism wasn't working. After I contacted them and told them the problem I received a box containing the piece that needs to be replaced. 5 business days later. They are getting with a service tech who is going to contact me with a time and date that they will be here to repair the recliner. You can't ask any better than that. -

ratingI had a great experience with both this vendor & the gorgeous loveseat I bought from them for my new house. Communication was great- we had a delivery issue & they called right away & worked with us on getting it resolved, then the loveseat arrived early! The delivery company/crew they used were also very communicative, easy to work with, polite & delivered with care at a remarkably accurate time. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for nice home furniture. A+. -

ratingThe packaging of item was superb, it took longer to unpack desk than it did to put it together, and thats a great thing, there was no way anything was going to be damaged. they take extreme care in their workmanship and packaging to make sure you get your it in perfect condition, we would definately buy from there again, thank you and your whole team, great job. -

ratingI spotted this sofa and loveseat a few months ago in a store a few miles from my home. I later went to the store’s website to admire the sofa and loveseat and was led by a pop-up, price comparison to 1Stop Bedroom. After much consideration and calculations, I decided to order online with 1 Stop Bedroom. I was rather impressed with how smoothly (from start to finish) the process went. My furniture arrived over a week earlier than initially stated, and “early” is always a positive. I am so in love with this suite and all of its features. Furthermore, the delivery guys were friendly and helpful. The furniture was large and heavy; however, the guys worked diligently not to scratch my floors. Their compassion and understanding meant a lot to me. 1 Stop Bedroom, you have earned a new customer! -

Having moved from New York to the South East Boot Heel of Missouri, it was very surprising to be taken care of swiftly and efficiently. Not to mention it never hurts getting a great gift from home. ratingGood things come to those who wait.....LOVE LOVE LOVE our new favorite piece of furniture...the Sanibel Console Leather Loveseat In Rainer Black With Power Recline, Power Head Rests and Power Lumbar. Took awhile to finally arrive, but had White Glove delivery service timed perfectly for our Anniversary day. Appreciate the hide-away cup holders to keep the sleek look, lots of storage space (with outlets and usb chargers) in the console area and the wireless charger is a great bonus. 1StopBedrooms customer service team was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful throughout our whole process, from ordering to delivery. We'll definitely be back for more, and spreading the word to friends and family about 1StopBedrooms. -

ratingMy experience with 1stopbedrooms was A+. The couch we ordered is amazing and I love it. My only complaint is we paid extra to have the delivery company bring it inside our house figuring it’d be the safest option since they’re “professionals” but we would have been better off doing it ourselves. With the couch still wrapped, it seemed fine but when we took the covering off, a corner of the couch was shredded down to the wood. While they were bringing it in, they must’ve hit it or scraped it on something which is frustrating. Feels like we paid extra for the delivery for no reason and now our brand new couch is flawed. But the delivery team has no reflection on 1stopbedroom themselves - I’d definitely buy from them again except I’d probably just choose to go a different route for delivery. -

ratingPrices were so good that we were almost concerned it was a scam! But everything went smooth, right up to the "through door" delivery. The customer service was great and responsive! No dealing with crazy long waits or language barriers - all the people I spoke with very informative and helpful. The automated tracking is not very accurate, but if you call they will provide you with the correct delivery information. Would definitely recommend to others and shop here again! -

ratingBed stand beautiful. Delivered very quickly. The only thing I didn’t like is you said free shipping and then called and said I lived in a remote area so there would be a $50.00 shipping fee. I don’t mind paying shipping and then get a call saying it isn’t free I don’t live I. A remote area. Fed extra goes by my ghouse every day -

ratingThis site is not just for bedrooms, they have furniture for interior and exterior, as well as many other things like accessories and decor. I found an outdoor set that was on Amazon and on other sites and paid 50% of what these other sites were charging. So they're pricing is very good and you can find some good deals. Delivery took a little bit longer than I wanted for some of the items, but for the most part I definitely will shop there again, and I've been telling other people about it because the pricing is really good for people who are trying to stretch a dollar. -

After some uncomfortable high pressure sales situations, I decided to look up a furniture set I was interested in online, and found the exact same set I was staring at in the showroom for significantly cheaper here. The order process was painless and I got exactly what I wanted at a much more reasonable price. -

ratingI actually purchase my entire bedroom set with a different company and decided to add another night stand; at first I was doubting since I never heard from this company. But the way they handle themselves from calling and texting to confirm address before shipping out product was the most professional I have since in many years even from dealing with bigger companies. Would definitely recommend them! -

ratingThis was my first time ordering a sofa online and from 1StopBedrooms so I was leary about it but all went well. My only complaint would be my online account did not update shipping so I emailed customer help and they got right on top of it and also called with delay notification. I had to staple bottom skirt in some spots where it broke loose but was no big deal. I use to work at a furniture store inspection and repair so all is good, honestly being shipped many states away I was worried there would be worse damage. I would order from 1StopBedrooms again. -

ratingThis was the 2nd purchase from 1stop and both purchases went very smoothly. The furniture looks true to the picture and both items are of quality and were packaged well for shipping. I previously ordered a couch from ANOTHER local well know furniture company and it took them 4 times to ship me undamaged furniture. Both times from 1 stop my furniture has came in perfect condition. I wasn’t sure about ordering online furniture but it has been a real positive experience for me. I will continue to shop at at 1stop for all my furniture needs. -

ratingLike many of you I placed my order & then started reading reviews & panicked a bit. However I just kept praying it would eventually come. I couldn't find this product anywhere else. I ordered on August 30th & I received on October 5th. So almost 6 weeks. The product arrived extremely well packed. It's not quite the solid wood quality I was hoping for but it will certainly serve its purpose. -

ratingOverall what made the company great was the service and price. I found the furniture I liked in the store but I did not like the price. I began searching for it online and found it here. While the price is what attracted me to purchase from 1stop, it was the service that has me looking to purchase more from here. After purchasing I was contacted to be informed of all shipment updates and when I called the company with a question the staff was helpful and very nice. -

I ordered a Ashley living room suite and from the time I ordered until the time my furniture was delivered totaled 20 days, which is great considering other furniture stores delivery time was at least 60 days. The delivery drivers called and let me know when they were 30 minutes away and I must say that the 2 young men were fast and efficient and polite! Overall it was great doing business with 1StopBedrooms. -

For this $6K order, it was easier than $60.00 orders I place weekly at other stores. ratingThe website is great, easy to navigate and has many photos and reviews. You call the number and you are connected to a live person with any questions you need answered. The email responses and status are up to date and easy to see where your delivery is. The couches arrived ahead of original schedule and were wrapped and protected with cardboard, bubble wrap all encased in another layer of plastic wrap. The furniture was in perfect condition. -

rating1st stop bedrooms had the best price for the Burke counter stools I ordered, and customer service couldn't have been nicer about communication and shipping. I received the items well packaged and in perfect condition within days after placing my order with CS calling to confirm the shipping address and date the day prior. The stools are gorgeous, and I immediately ordered 2 more. This is my second time making a furniture purchase with 1st stop bedrooms and will definitely do it again. -

ratingI like my new FireplaceTV Stand by Signature Design Ashley. It was delivery sooner than said and it perfect for my flat screen. The only thing that the deliver's did not do was to put the stones and crystals in the fireplace. The right screw was so tight that I couldn't get it open. I will continue to try and maybe use some type of tool and hope that I don't strip or mess it up.
