ratingI like my new FireplaceTV Stand by Signature Design Ashley. It was delivery sooner than said and it perfect for my flat screen. The only thing that the deliver's did not do was to put the stones and crystals in the fireplace. The right screw was so tight that I couldn't get it open. I will continue to try and maybe use some type of tool and hope that I don't strip or mess it up. -

ratingI was searching for a new couch for my home and was hesitant because I have never heard of this company. I pulled the trigger anyways since they had such an amazing price on the one I wanted. The couch arrived within 2 1/2 weeks! I was pleasantly surprised. No damage & everything showed up together! Everything went so smooth, from the ordering process, talking to customer service to confirm delivery address, & delivery. I will absolutely be recommending & using 1StopBedrooms again when I am in need of any new furniture! -

ratingI recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service with a Sales Associate while purchasing my Mancin Grey reclining sofa and loveseat over the phone. Anytime I have great customer service, which is hard to come by, I like to share my positive experience. He was knowledgeable of the details of the delivery, etc. Once I decided on my selection, the purchasing process was very smooth. Great customer service truly makes all the difference in creating a positive shopping experience. I will shop with this store again. -

ratingI just ran across your web site yesterday! I ordered the chair I wanted today. Review of the process: contafcted listed phone number and was greeted professionally by a gentleman I believe the name was Joe. I was totally impressed as to how he guided me through this transaction and seemed like someone I woul;d want working for my company. 123 everything documented and arranged...NO STRESS! I am awaiting to see how smooth delivery goes and if it is even a quarter as nice as placing the order I am the Landlord for a Senior Independent Living High Rise in downtown Pittsburgh and we are non-profit and will be needing furniture for out lobby in the near future. We also have 14 other high rises as well. Perhaps when we are ready we can also purchase for our needs at that time. Overall....AWESOME service.....THANKS JOE! ratingBest furniture buying experience - hands down! I had been looking at a sectional for my new home that I'm purchasing online for awhile. I went to traditional furniture stores and the experience was either pushy or there was no one available to help. The sectional is a huge purchase for me, so I wasn't sure about purchasing something online, so I called 1stop bedrooms. The person who helped me was fantastic and quickly answered all of my questions to put my mind at ease. He even arranged it so that I can have my new sofa delivered to my new address right after I move in, rather than having to move it twice. Very helpful! -

ratingI recently received my order from 1stop which is a full size storage bed. I was really nervous ordering furniture on line, but I could not be more pleased. It's for my grand daughter and she loves it. It was well packed and delivered with care. For the price, the quality is better than I expected. My only issue was in the set of some of the drawer at the base. This was primarily because of the set piece slide on the drawer being so tight it had to be forced. Once set in, they work well. Thank you for a good product and good service. -

He was eventually able to give me the combination of furniture that was best for me. He was very tactful and kind and I enjoyed dealing with him. I would recommend him to anyone seeking to buy good furniture that would be best to the buyer. -

ratingI don’t give a five star that often, but it arrived very quickly. It was better than expected. We didn’t even see what it look like in person I was concerned about the stone color wasn’t sure exactly how that would look in person, but it’s beautiful and the couch is elegant, stunning, and the most comfortable couch I’ve ever sat on so far exceeded my expectations -

ratingI ordered my bedroom furniture from a picture! I called and the customer service rep was very helpful and had great knowledge of the Manufacturer. He helped me place the order. Their system is very simple from start to finish and the white glove delivery was worth every penny. The furniture is very well made and came without a scratch! Thank goodness! It was worth the wait! -

He extremely knowledgeable about my request and about the product that I just purchased. Prior to me speaking to Joe I spoke with five different representative and they were very nasty. The dresser did have a little damage when it was delivered but one simple text message and the problem was resolved. ratingIt's my first time to order from this company 1 stop bedroom. And I have ex select experience ever in my life. First the company contacted me and asked exactly how many pece I ordered. If I need anything else and I glad they asked. Because I really need some extra hard wood mattress is required with this bedroom set. Then fallow me with my order until my order arrives and asked witch day and time I would like to get my bedroom set. So I opened and set together with my daughter she is 17 years old. And I can tell is easy so I very happy with my bedroom queen bed, quality excellent thank you so much. -

The item I ordered was more than $300 off the original price. ratingI was SO nervous due to the hit and miss reviews BUT Ashley furniture wanted 3,000$ more for my kincord Ashley sectional and my delivery would have taken 8 weeks !!! So I decided to give 1stopbedrooms a shot. I live in Washington state and placed my order August 17th. I called 1stopbedrooms that following Monday to ask how the process works everyone was so nice and awnsered my questions with ease. My expected delivery date was September 20th . I received a call August 25th letting me know my couch was ready to be delivered on the 26th of August. I was thrilled !!! The delivery guys came in set my couch up and it looks absolutely beautiful. I'm so pleased with my purchase and am so glad I decided to give them a shot ! ?? will be updating in 6 months incase anything changes otherwise 5 stars all the way !! -

ratingI was so nervous due to the reviews but I decided to give it a shot sense the couch I wanted was 3,000 dollars less then what Ashley furniture wanted. I placed my order on August 18th. I called 1 stop on the 20th to ask about how the process works everyone was so nice and awnsered all of my questions. My delivery date was expected to be September 20th I got my furniture delivered today August 26th ! They were a hour early and gave me a 30 minute warning phone call and a 3w hour notice for delivery I was so thrilled !!! I live in Washington state and couldn't believe how quick this was. I will be buying from them again !! -

ratingOk so i got my recliner in today. It was super easy to assemble. I just slide the back on and that was it. The first thing i noticed about it was it is alot darker than the photos on here. Mine is the color of dark chocolate. I thought it would be more of a walnut or buck skin look. It sits a bit too far forward rite now but so do most recliners until they get worn in. The mechanism is extremely easy to use and i can use my legs to close it very easily. The chair so far is very quiet rocking and reclining and it is so comfortable. I highly recommend buying one. I will update this review later on. -

ratingKobi with whom I spoke was very helpful after I was transferred from an initial intake phone call from CS. His attitude and seeming confidence & understanding by which he answered and assured me about specific questions/ concerns ( online accuracy,first quality) and also enabled me to take an opportunity for a bed support structure was nothing short of superior imo. Here is guy who makes it easier for the customer and any company is lucky to have if indeed his promises are delivered upon. Sadly many companies don’t grasp the impacting significance whereby so many current CS’s personnel just tune out the voice on the other side- they drop from the ‘go to’ companies. Btw, this level of stellar CS is not the case with other 1stop online companies. Hope this feedback lent some value. -

ratingTheir automated communications leave a lot to be desired - the anticipated arrival date kept getting pushed out further and further. However, once I spoke with a customer service agent (who contacted me extremely quickly) my concerns were resolved. I received my sofa in less than a week from order to delivery at a price several hundred dollars less than competitors. I was very pleased with the overall experience (aside from the automated emails) and would definitely consider ordering from them again. -

We asked him his name and when he told us that his name was Kolby he made our day.!!! We had just lost our Grandson 3 weeks ago (22 yrs. old ) whose name was Kolby and the conversation we had with Kolby on the phone sounded and acted so much like our grandson that my wife and I lost it.
