ratingI bought a Bolanburg table and chairs at a local store in Florida. I realized that the counter height stools that I had did not match so I searched the web. The website that offered the best price was 1StopBedrooms. Their website was easy to use and there were no hidden costs. My stools arrived in 5 days- they were easy to put together, the quality was great and they match my table perfectly. I looked up my table and chairs on their website and I would have saved over $400.00 had I known about 1StopBedtooms. I will be viewing their website prior to ordering any other furniture and will definitely recommend it to my friends/family. -

ratingHad so many questions. The sales rep walked me through everything, talked to me about the benefits of one over another. Made sure I had everything I needed. And got me everything I needed for the future to track this, from account set-up to making sure I saw the order #, verified all correct. Don’t see this kind of actual support these days, they knew the products vs. reading from their website. Looking forward to my next purchase with them! -

ratingI was pleasantly surprised with how fast the shipping process was and the delivery was so simple, it was pouring the rain and the guy just tossed our dresser over his shoulder and set it down right inside our door. We tore the box open and only had to assemble the legs. Couldn’t ask for anything more simple. Thank you! Will definitely be purchasing from you all again! -

ratingWas wanting to switch out a desk that was ordered a week ago for a lateral file cabinet with hutch. Initially, had a little trouble explaining that I wanted to modify/change my order but was transferred to speak with "Charlie" who promptly located my order and a previous order from a few months ago. He promptly and efficiently and politely assisted me and switched out my order. Was very appreciative that he made it so uncomplicated. Love the Allyson Park collection of home office furniture and will definitely shop 1StopBedrooms again! Thank you Charlie! -

He listen to me and he put himself into my shoes and to be honest I didn’t get what I called for because I wasn’t qualified for that offer but he gave me alternatives and I leave very satisfied. Lots of choices so i called in to get help and talked to Kobi who did a wonderful job of helping me find the best fit for my needs. He saved me a ton of time. He knew the products very well, did an excellant job at answering all my questions and pointing me to products that fit what i was looking for. He was very quick to process the order when i made a selection. Very impressed with the website, the prices, and the phone support from Kobi. -

ratingAfter shopping many websites, I found the best price offered on one stop bedrooms page. Ordering my furniture, and the follow up that they had was as good as their prices. That being said good as in very very, very, very good, not low. The furniture was shipped in a reasonable amount of time given the size of furniture shipments. The delivery service they used was extremely helpful in getting the furniture in for me to assemble. Thank you. -

ratingWe purchased a 4-piece bedroom suite and are completely satisfied with the entire process from start to finish! Our purchase included a queen bed, dresser, mirror, and nightstand. Upon purchasing, we were given periodic updates of the delivery status via email. A representative of 1stopbedrooms contacted us the day before delivery to set up a time frame for our bedroom furniture to be delivered. Our furniture was delivered in well-packaged and supported boxes. Everything was delivered in pristine and excellent condition. All items were easy to put together and came with all necessary hardware. Attaching the bed rails to the head and footboards, and mounting the mirror to the dresser was all that was needed to complete the set up. Thank you for the top-notch service and fantastic experience. -

ratingI bought a table and 4 chairs from 1stopbedrooms as they had the best price with free shipping. The table shipped immediately, received within a couple of days. I received a email that the chairs were delayed so I reached out to customer service. They immediately responded to my email and notified me that my items were on backorder however, they provided me an anticipated back in stock date and they confirmed that the manufacturer had my order in the system and that it would ship out when the chairs were back in stock. I reached out again after the ship date passed, and immediately had a response that customer service had called the company, they confirmed my order was next, I seriously received the chairs the next day. Both interactions with customer service were attended to promptly. I would definitely purchase from 1stopbedrooms again! -

ratingI brought my guest bedroom set almost 3 years ago and the company didn’t have any more nightstands. I could never find the matching nightstand for 3 years! Until I came upon this site! I’m so excited to finally have the complete set. Shipping didn’t take too long and it’s exactly how it was pictured! I’m so happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend! -

ratingThe experience was easy. The site was easy to navigate. Found what I wanted. Easy ordering process. You are alerted through email of the process of your order then through text once it moves with shipping. The dates or estimates were off as were expected to have the sofa delivered to the delivery service in mid-May. That said, 24hrs after confirming delivery to delivery service we were confirmed for delivery the next day. So confirmation to delivery was 48hrs. This might not be the usual scenario but it was awesome! Delivery service was amazing. Overall I would, and will use these guys again! -

ratingI'm one who reads allll the reviews and they are varied! For clarification, yes shipping is free. You are called for an additional charge for tax for your state. At this time you are also offered extra options, warranties etc. I ordered my 5 pc table in January with a mid February delivery estimate. End of February I received an email saying shipping delays and it would be mid March and asked if that was acceptable or did I want to cancel. End of March I sent an email that was responded to within 24 hrs with the new updated delivery estimate. It is April 19 and my items have arrived! Realize that the items are not in 1stopbedroom warehouse that can be plucked and sent to you, they are also depending on the company manufacturing your item timely and shipping it. Yes, I had to wait 3 months but I fully expected that. Will definitely order from again, just realize you have to be patient. -

ratingWe saved quite a bit of money getting living tables here that we had seen in a large furniture store. Delivery was efficient. There was only one con to our experience. Although free shipping is advertised except for some rural areas, we were charged shipping to Augusta, GA, which is not rural. Customer service thought it was strange too and could not give us a reason. -

ratingI ordered 2 sets of counter stools from a brand name that's available at furniture companies for a higher price. I read the reviews on 1stopbedrooms to make sure that 1) the price is not a scam and 2) the product is comparable to other stores. I received my items early and in good order, and the items are the same ones sold at other furniture sites, so the quality was great! Thank you, 1stopbedrooms. I have now added you to my (very short) list of furniture places to look at when I need something. -

ratingI was a little worried that it was going to take along time to get my purchase. I left than a message after 2 weeks and they got back to me the next day and said it would maybe be as long as 3 more weeks, then the very next day it was at my front door when I got home. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. I love my entryway table. -

ratingPart of me wants to keep this as "my little secret" but the service here is only getting better and they deserve to thrive. Sadly, they will likely put local furniture stores out of business but since local furniture stores aren't really locally owned anymore (for the most part) maybe that is a natural consequence. The customer service is actually better than in the stores believe it or not. -

ratingNo problems from time of ordering and delivery was absolutely perfect. I don't usually say that. The cost paying it I did call ask why it came out 2xs she explained I added insurance at the end so they took that whole payment out again instead of just the insurance. She explained they did do a total charge and will returned the extra and she explained it were I was very satisfied. And they did follow through with what I was told. It was very nice experience and delivery they were very polite nice asked if we had any questions before they leave that if they don't have your answer they will tell us who and were.. I'm very happy all in all... Thank you .. Sharlyn Carroll. I would buy again from them. -

ratingI received a message to call and confirm my shipping info per recent order I placed and luckily Coby answered the call. He verified my info right away, then mentioned I was missing the wedge on the couch I ordered. I had no idea and would have been so upset to only receive a partial couch. He took care of me over the phone by updating the order, I paid the difference and he was pleasant and friendly the entire time. What an asset for this company! -

Not only did I find a set in the color & material I wanted, I found 5 accessories & was able to add white glove delivery for the same price I expected to pay for just the sofa & loveseat. Additionally, the maker of the furniture is a name I am familiar with and have other pieces in my home from them. Found this site by accident, however I am more than pleased & am very likely to purchase again from here. -

ratingThis my first time using 1stopbedrooms and it was a great experience. Initially, I found the Aspenhome Hawthorne Desk on another website and the pricing was completely outside of my budget. I did a little research and found it on 1stopbedrooms for significantly less! I called customer service to answer a quick question about shipping. I didn't experience any wait time and Coby easily helped me determine the type of shipping I needed and offered me a discount on the true coat without me even asking. I'm sure I will have additional furniture needs in the future and will reach out to 1stopbedrooms first. -

ratingNot only was customer service easy to reach but also insightful and made the purchase of our new couch seamless. We fell in love with the couch by Ashley Furniture but it was on backorder for 12-16 weeks, we got the same couch with 1stopbedrooms in half the time and the color we wanted. Our couch arrived with absolutely no damage, and communication with the team dropping it off was great letting us know the arrival time and when they were at the residence. Thank you again! -

ratingI do a great deal of comparison shopping when I make most purchases, and the bar stools I purchased from 1StopBedrooms were no exception. I couldn't beat their price elsewhere, and I'm glad I couldn't. From the making of an account, making the purchase, and receiving my items... It all went smoothly, just as it should. They sent me update emails to let me know when my item had shipped, and included the tracking information at that time. Great experience, I will be ordering additional items from them soon. -

ratingI purchased a full bedroom set at an unbelievable price... it is the most sturdy bed I have ever seen. It weighs a ton and will last for the rest of my life and then some! The drawers in the nightstands and dresses roll out smoothly and are so large! I had never heard of this company prior to this sale but now that I've had a taste of what they offer, I've just purchased a sectional couch! In very pleased with the customer service, communication, ease with buying online, quality and prices! Most definitely recommend 1 stop bedrooms! -

ratingIt’s comforting to know the fraud and security policy this company has in place is great for an online vendor. Due to an address change I had to call in and confirm my order. Charlie got me squared away and helped me with my order. I missed an important piece to my set and he found a better mattress than what I picked that was on sale and just a little more expensive. 2nd order from them so far and I will be placing more in the future! -

I called One Stop Bedrooms , I spoke to Charley and had a great experience. I’m sure the furniture will be great but Charley is the best. Thank you for a Perfect Experience. -

ratingI was about to waste a beautiful sunny Sunday in Daytona at my local furniture warehouse. I noticed 1StopBedrooms prices were about half of the major furniture retailer. The representative I spoke with, (Simon), was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. No pressure and no wasted time. The online prices were indeed legit for the exact same item and he gave me a little discount on top of that. I saved hours of haggling. Ordering was easy and FAST...like, Daytona fast!!! -

I did have a damaged piece in shipping and when making the claim the guy who answered the phone was very helpful and friendly. He reassured me everything would be taken care of and for this I rate the experience high. Now I will wait for the new piece and fingers crossed things go as well as the call taker made me feel. If all goes well I would surely think about more purchases in the future. -

ratingI got a call about the issues with the order, it was very couteious and helpful person, took care of the problems in few minutes. The web site is confusinig that ot appears you get 2 chairs for the price but it is not clear even when you order that it will come as one or two. If I did not get a call i will be expecting 8 chairs instead of getting 4 from the wearhouse. It needs to be corrected on tyhe website for sure. -

He was personal, professional, and did not put me on hold! (Incidentally, he is a native English speaker, I never had to say, "what?" or "can you repeat that!")
