The Delivery Process Explained

Order Processing
This is when your order and delivery routing details are prepared and sent to the warehouse for acknowledgment and shipping preparation. This process can take from 1-4 days to complete.

Awaiting Acknowledgment
Your order status will change to Awaiting Acknowledgment while we wait for confirmation from the warehouse that your order has shipped out.

In Transit
Your order status will change to In Transit once your order has shipped and is in transit to your local White Glove Delivery Terminal. You will receive an estimated arrival date to your local White Glove Delivery Terminal as soon as your order ships out. Transit times vary based on your shipping location.

Arrival at Local White Glove Delivery Terminal
This is the last leg of your orders journey. The White Glove Delivery Team will inspect your order and prepare it for delivery. Once complete you will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment. You are usually contacted and scheduled for delivery within 5-7 days.

Order Delivered
Once your order is successfully delivered and it is time for you to enjoy your new furniture.
