The product is excellent, which is precisely what the picture shows. However, I was surprised by two things: 1) I received a call 1 week after my purchase to tell me that I needed to buy the insert for the bed to hold the mattress (I thought all beds already came with that, and then I was up charged), and 2) the delivery took 6 weeks to get. Used a boxspring and then a mattress on top. Thought it would be a little higher up than it is, but it works fine.
