The couch is super comfortable and motor functions are smooth and quiet. Leather is nice and the couch has a medium firm feel. I am 63 tall and the back height is great. My feet hangover the foot rest a bit when I recline but it is still quite comfortable. Color is a little flatter than we hoped but the time works well against existing furniture. The shipping time took a while. Once received locally I was contacted within a day to schedule the white glove service. Installers showed up on time and were efficient and clean with their work. 1stopbedrooms also deserved kudos for their prompt responses when reaching out during the shipment process. Overall a great reclining sofa and excellent buying experience.
