Here's what I think and what I know to be true: This was the most beautiful piece of furniture I could find, and I had been searching for over two months, at furniture stores, on the web at high-end department stores, even Craigslist, and finally found this traditional and classic design from Signature in this Porter Ashely design at the absolutely best price ever. I called to make sure that I had placed my order correctly and the agent was polite and informative and assured me I would be getting information about shipping soon. I got another email that night from the same agent and I know from my other on-line ordering experiences, that this was beyond excellent customer service! Two days later the piece arrived at my front door and best of all, I had no delivery charges. The furniture piece I ordered was perfect, arriving with no damages whatsoever, VERY reasonably priced, and I love it so much I'm going to order another one just like it. It's large enough to be in a living room, not just along side of a bed, and I'm using this as a decorative and storage piece, one on each side of our entertainment center. I'm VERY pleased!
