Signature Design by Ashley’s Modmax 4-Piece Sectional with RAF Chaise In Ink pairs clean, modern styling with easy-care comfort for everyday living. Upholstered in Next-Gen Nuvella performance fabric, it’s soft to the touch, stain-resistant, and designed to make spills and messes easier to handle.

This sectional is made up of four modular pieces that can be arranged to fit your space and seating needs. Since the sides are fully finished and there are no connectors, each piece can float where you want it—great for changing room layouts or adding extra seating. Reversible seat and back cushions combine high-quality foam and poly fiber for supportive lounging, and included throw pillows add an extra layer of comfort.

A corner-blocked frame and platform foundation help the sectional maintain a smooth, wrinkle-free look while providing even support designed to resist sagging over time. Zippered cushion covers remove easily for machine washing; for tougher stains, the fabric can be cleaned with a mild soap-and-water solution, or with a 4 oz. bleach to 28 oz. water mix as needed. Assembly is required.

I went with the 5 piece Modmax Spice from Ashley's Furniture. After order placement, it took a little over a month until delivery. Absolutely no complaints on my end with quality or timeframe. Cushions are a little firm, but that is expected with a brand new couch. If you need furniture immediately, this probably isn't the best option for you. But honestly, if you can take a slight wait, this place is perfect. Out the door with white glove delivery at no extra charge, was $1800. Literally HALF the price of Ashley's. And of course, customer service keeps you updated every step of the way.
