I went with the 5 piece Modmax Spice from Ashley's Furniture. After order placement, it took a little over a month until delivery. Absolutely no complaints on my end with quality or timeframe. Cushions are a little firm, but that is expected with a brand new couch. If you need furniture immediately, this probably isn't the best option for you.
