The salt-and-pepper polyester upholstery uses Next-Gen Nuvella, a soft, family-friendly fabric designed to resist stains and clean up easily with mild soap and water. For tougher spots, it can be cleaned with a diluted bleach solution, then left to air dry.

This sectional includes three modular pieces—left-arm facing power reclining back chaise, a storage console, and a right-arm facing power recliner—so you can arrange the pieces to suit your space. One-touch power controls let you adjust your lounging position, and the Easy View adjustable headrest helps support your head and neck for TV time or relaxing. A zero-wall recliner design needs minimal clearance behind the back to fully recline.

Thoughtful details make everyday use simple. The center console adds a removable plexiglass top that works as a handy beverage perch, plus a pull-out drawer to keep remotes and small items close. I went with the 5 piece Modmax Spice from Ashley's Furniture. After order placement, it took a little over a month until delivery. Absolutely no complaints on my end with quality or timeframe. Cushions are a little firm, but that is expected with a brand new couch. If you need furniture immediately, this probably isn't the best option for you. But honestly, if you can take a slight wait, this place is perfect. Out the door with white glove delivery at no extra charge, was $1800. Literally HALF the price of Ashley's. And of course, customer service keeps you updated every step of the way.
