Nightstand came fully assembled and well packaged so it was just a matter of taking it out of the box and recycling the packaging. The drawers only pull out half-way but that's not really a problem. The finish is very nice both inside and out. It's made with real wood, not chip board so it feels very sturdy.

Overall quality of the bed is very good. The cuts are very precise so it fits together well. The only spot where I was surprised that it's not a perfect fit are the side drawers which have a inch gap on the side. But this is totally not noticible. The finish is very nice and it's a nice piece of furniture. The instructions for putting it together could be much better. There are two diagrams, one for the headboard and one for the rest of the bed. An order of steps would be very helpful. Fortunately, the precision of the pieces and the quality of the hardware means that even though I had to do everything twice (once trying to figure out the instructions and once to get it right) the hardware held up well screwing everything in twice. Nothing stripped out. I do recommend using an electric allen wrench/screwdriver rather than the little one included. You may still need it to get in tight quarters if you don't want to do everything twice.The bed is very sturdy and doesn't squeak at all. The drawers only pull out about half-way so the small drawers in the headboard are hard to get into because they aren't very deep.
