I was skeptical about buying a sofa on line as I like to sit on my furniture before buying. The seat is more on the firm side, it's not a sink into sofa, so if that's what you are looking for this isn't the sofa for you. I generally like a softer seat but it is pretty comfortable and I like that the back cushions are higher it has good back support. The depth of the seat is deep (22") so if you have short legs you'd probably need a pillow behind your back. It is a DARK navy, a little darker than I expected, but it is really pretty. Overall, I'm happy I took the risk of buying on line. The leather appears to be a good quality, the stitching is beautiful, the couch has the nice sleek, more midcentury modern look that I wanted, and looks like a quality piece. The sofa arrived at local warehouse the earliest date in the time frame they gave me, and they were able to deliver the following day. Communication was really easy with the delivery company, they gave me a 4 hour time frame for the delivery. The delivery guys called about 30 minutes before they arrived to let me know they were on their way, they did a great job of unpacking and setting it up the sofa in my house. They were the first delivery guys I've ever had that said, take your time looking over everything to make sure it's all ok and nothing is damaged before signing the delivery paper. I would buy from 1stop bedroom again.
