The case is built with mahogany solids and wrapped in Saguran raffia, hand woven on the island of Bohol in the central Visayas region of the Philippines. Made from fibers of the Tipot palm tree, the raffia has natural depth and texture that stands out from typical machine-woven grasscloth.

Six spacious drawers glide smoothly on self-closing drawer slides to help keep drawers neatly shut. Tapered legs finished with chrome plated ferrules add a crisp contrast to the French Grey finish, while round ring pulls in a nickel finish provide a balanced, contemporary detail.

A 1/4" lay-on tempered glass top is included to help protect the surface while keeping the woven texture visible. A tip restraint is also included for added safety.
