Built with thick-gauge aluminum and a weather-resistant powder-coated finish, the Avion Collection focuses on durability and comfortable, extra-deep seating for everyday lounging.
This set includes plush, performance-fabric cushions designed for outdoor conditions. Cushion covers are made in the USA using Sunbrella, Outdura, and Revolution fabrics that resist fading, stains, and mildew, and they include a 5-year fade warranty. The seat cushions use 4.5" foam with added quick-drying Dacron layers on both sides to help shed moisture while keeping a supportive feel, and the back cushions are filled with soft polyester fiber for a relaxed sit.
Details that improve day-to-day use are built in throughout the frame and cushions: adjustable leveling feet help stabilize the sectional on uneven patios and protect surfaces, and included zip ties help keep the sectional pieces aligned. Machine-washable cushion covers, durable YKK zippers, marine-grade UV-treated thread, and reinforced seam finishing are all chosen to help the set hold up through seasons of outdoor use.
