Built from thick-gauge aluminum, each piece features a weather-resistant powder-coated finish designed to resist rust and everyday outdoor wear. The cushions are made in the USA using performance fabrics from Sunbrella, Outdura, or Revolution in Canvas Henna and Slate for easy-care comfort with strong resistance to fading, stains, and mildew, backed by a 5-year fade warranty. Covers remove easily with smooth-running YKK zippers and are machine washable. Seat cushion tops and bottoms are identical, making it simple to flip cushions between washes.
Comfort is supported by CertiPUR-US certified foam seat inserts paired with quick-drying Dacron layers to help wick away moisture, plus plush back cushions filled with 100% polyester fibers. Marine-grade UV-treated PremoBond thread and reinforced overlock stitching add durability at the seams. Included large zip ties connect the sectional pieces to help keep the configuration aligned during use.
