The entire process from ordering to delivery was exceptional! Joe was my customer service rep and he was so kind and professional! I wasnt expecting my new couch for at least 3 weeks to a month, but I received it in one week! Beautiful couch with sleeper. I bought the dark grey one and Im so thrilled! The pillows that are included are gorgeous, they just dont match my decor. I highly Stop Bedrooms for all your furniture needs!

I just got it today but so far I love it! Great quality and feels very sturdy. I was weary ordering from here but it was great. I knew the shipping would take a bit because of some other reveiws. I ordered on May 23rd and it was delivered July 1st. So not too bad if you expect it though!

This sleeper sectional with chaise is perfect for our kids play room. It's a soft fabric, cushions are a little firm, but I guess that's good so they will break in over time. I wasn't expecting the back cushions to be sewn in, but that's not a big deal. What was a big deal was that we had threshold delivery and we needed it to go upstairs. I called to ask if they could take it up and they said no, just inside delivery. The woman I spoke with said the chaise only weighs about 120 lbs and the sleeper sofa weighs about 170. So I figured my husband and I could manage it up the stairs PIVOT, LOL ... NOPE, it wasn't happening. Felt like 300 lbs!! I couldn't even lift my side and he hurt his back lifting his end. So we hired 2 big strong guys from Taskrabbit to come out the next day. About $50 each. So thankful for that service. If you haven't heard of it, Google it. It's like Uber service but for a handyman in your area. And I have to say they struggled a little too, and thankfully they put the feet on for us too. I'm not sure if 1 stop bedrooms has a white glove delivery, but if they do I highly recommend it. Or hire a tasker from Taskrabbit. All in all, we are very happy with the couch, and we love the alloy color.
