Not only is the product I bought much cheaper than their competitors but their customer service was great each time. The first time I was contacted by customer service was ensure my order was correct, at during that initial interaction they actual caught a mistake that I made and were able to save me a ton of time and hassle later. Then next time I reached out to customer service because of a missing piece (not their fault, but the deliver services) they were super responsive and helped me quickly resolve the issue!

I bought 2 couches. They took about a month to get to me. I expected that because they were on back order on the Ashley site as well. The price on the 1stop site was a lot better though. Customer service was great, they called and verified the order. The site updates as any updates are available to when the items will arrive. They got here and are perfect and exactly as deceived and pictured on the site. Definitely will shop here again. The couches are soft and spacious. They fit together as they should. Unboxing wasn’t terrible. Both were two pieces so I have 4 giant boxes some last ice wrap and foam stuff to get rid of. The ottomans legs are INSIDE of the ottoman. Took us a second to realize that.

I purchased a bed for my niece, who lives at a different address than my billing address. 1Stop sent a text asking me to call to confirm the shipping info. I spoke to Chris and he was extremely helpful. He also let me know that I needed to order another piece to support the mattress, something I hadn't realized when I placed the initial order. Chris was able to add the piece to my order so that all the pieces are delivered at the same time.

Ordering was pretty straightforward. I did receive a call on the captains bed confirming if we were using a mattress only or setting it on box springs. Since we weren’t this required an additional support not included. It was nice not to have that surprise when we went to set it up. The bed was the only thing we really had to put together and it was quit a job even for two people. I highly suggest the white glove service, it would have been worth it. Especially if the hauled off the insane amount of packing material. The furniture itself looks nice, good color. It’s not very big, not what I would call full size, but for the money it’s nice. None of the drawers on anything Ary very deep and they all have a catch that only allows you to open them half way to prevent pulling them all the way out which is pretty annoying. All in all, we couldn’t have gotten a full set this nice looking for the price so again still worth it.

Even though after my order was placed it took forever for my Ottoman to be shipped... However, I was updated each time there was a delay… Once shipped, it arrived super fast… It was very well packaged!! Cheaper than some other places I had found and I got free shipping! So over all it was worth the wait. Will I order again? Absolutely! I highly recommend them if you are on a budget can’t beat their prices…

I orders 2 chairs in the same color and brand of the 2 I already had. Risky? Yes, but they matched perfectly. The only downside was the shipping. It took a little longer that what I wanted. However, I would definitely purchase again. Side note: the box arrived beat-up (obviously the shippers fault) but, the chairs inside were in perfect condition!

I was a bit worried about ordering from this website from all the negative reviews, but I’m must say I’m happy I did. I bought the Ashley dining set on September 8th and it was delivered on September 14th… that’s less than a week and the shipping was free. Also the dining set I bought was already a couple hundred dollars cheaper than the competitors. There’s also an option to finance with affirm so that helped me out a lot on not dishing out hundreds of dollars all at once. Whatever your needs I’m sure 1stopbedrooms will have what you’re looking for.

I received a message to call back to verify my shipping and billing address. When I called the representative notified me of an item missing from my order that I may need to purchase. This was greatly appreciated as I would have been required to find it on my own and purchase separately. Thank you so much for the notification! I ordered a dining room set & bar stools, made by Ashley. The product arrived safely & in tact. There was a small concern that my billing address & delivery address did not match, so the company called me to verify - I appreciate that! Great customer service and I am not local, so the shipping had to be arranged as well. Pricing for both the merchandise and shipping were very competitive. Will definitely be shopping here again!

When seeing the site for the first time, I was so excited to see so many items that I was actually looking for. The pricing also fell in line with my budget! I struck gold! If that wasn’t enough of a good thing, the customer communication has been outstanding after placing my first order. When called to verify my shipping address, the young man up sold me on my mattress, which was actually what I wanted anyways! Great find that one. I think his name was Charlie from New Jersey. I personally went to a local store looking for a particular bedroom outfit advertised by their company website, and was informed the bedroom set was discontinued, even though the website did not state that and I went to their store for nothing. Then, I searched for the exact bedroom set on line and found it at One Stop Bedrooms! It was made by the same store's manufacturer where I had been told it was no longer available. So pleased I was able o purchase it from One Stop.

First of all I found the chairs and couch I wanted at the local Ashley furniture store. Without searching for a cheaper price which is something I usually do, I impulsively ordered from the Ashley store with a total of around $4500. When looking at my receipt I saw that the wrong couch was ordered in order to inflate the price so I promptly canceled that order and then my online search began. I found the same chairs and couch from another vendor in Slidell Louisiana. I saw no other price that could beat theirs the only catch was I had to pick it up, they would not deliver to my area. Slidell Louisiana was about a 2 Hour Drive from my house. We got the call to come pick up my furniture and I hired some friends to go help me pick it up. When we arrived in Slidell at the furniture store we discovered that the couch I had ordered was busted on the corner, Bad enough that I’ve decided to get a full refund on the couch but we took the chairs home. So, my online search continued. I found one stop bedrooms and they had the same couch and chairs for a slightly higher price but worth it because I could have my couch delivered straight to my door with no hassles. I paid extra for them to place inside my house and that is exactly what they did with no further services. The couch came wrapped in plastic and very secure. I signed the delivery and they were off to their next destination. We unpacked the couch and made sure there was no damage in which there was one scuff mark but that’s on the back and we had no worries about it. Everything on the couch works correctly. It is the same exact couch that I picked out from Ashley furniture and I am very pleased with my purchase and the price was just right. I ended up paying a little over half of what the Ashley store locally was going to charge me for the same exact furniture. We got several updated emails about our order and shipment and once the local delivery company received my shipment they continue to communicate with me about scheduling delivery. Everything went smoothly and the delivery was a little later then the schedule delivery window 12 PM to 4 PM, it arrived around 6:30 PM. In which the delivery company communicated that they were running late, so no worries as long as we were updated to that fact. I am a very satisfied customer.

I've been looking for a new bed for the past year. I've searched locally and online and only found your site a month ago. You have the best selection hands down! No one can beat the quality or your prices. My bed was delivered this morning and I am sitting on it now. I couldn't be happier. It is exactly what I wanted and more. The pricing and website are great for an online merchant. We had a bit of a hiccup once we placed the order, but Simon came to the rescue and was the man to make it happen. We were directed to Simon when we called in with our issue and he went out of his way to make sure everything was right to the N'th degree. A great website can be brought down by poor customer service, and he made sure that 1 Stop Bedrooms stays at the top. Charlie was wonderful to work with when purchasing our two new electric love seats that we now require due to medical reasons. I spent the whole day researching for a twin hybrid 8" high, 38" wide mattress. I was just about to settle for a mattress that was not hybrid It was midnight and I remembered that when I bought my bedroom set I'd saved about $500 compared to what I was about to pay at a local furniture store. Sure enough, I found exactly what I wanted and at a 55% discount. Happy customer!

I had water damage occur in my living room that left my present couch is damaged. I took months to research and find the best couch online as the ones in my stores did not fit my style. I looked at several websites in regards to my purchase to look for durability as well as someone with excellent customer service. 1stop bedrooms reassure me that I was getting quality customer service and product. This is a heavy and very sturdy desk. It's made of wood not particle board. It arrived in a large well-packed box--getting it out of the box was more of a challenge than putting it together. All you have to do is attach the 4 legs with 2 long screws and washers for each leg and attach the drawer knobs--easy, I did it myself. You will need help moving the desk to your desired location. I plan to put felt sliders under the legs for easy moving and to not mar my wood floors. The desk looks classy and is just as shown on the pictures. The drawers glide smoothly. It arrived within a week of placing the order. I'm not only happy with my purchase, I feel this desk is a very good value for the money.

We ordered a memory foam mattress for a great price particularly compared to the Ashley furniture store. It ended up being backordered so while we didn't get it when anticipated, our customer service representative, Vera kept me informed as much as she could even taking the time to call regarding my concerns. She went so far as to have the mattress shipped fedex when it's original shipping method was going to be USPS ground. The mattress itself is everything we wanted and makes our camping trips that much more restful and relaxing. Thank you ibedrooms!

I saved 50% on the bedroom set I purchased which is amazing. The shipping was fast and the delivery company brought the boxes in and placed them where they were told. Overall experience is 5 stars. I have not gotten the bedroom set unpacked yet because I haven't moved to my new house yet but will do another review on the bedroom set when I get it setup.

I was very pleased with the website. Very user friendly. We had actually gone to an Ashley showroom and were able To try out the chair before purchasing what made us more comfortable about purchasing on line. But The site provided multiple views of the item and a very detailed description. It was very easy to navigate through the purchase options. We have not received the chair yet, so cannot comment on the quality of the chair after delivery.

We had our beautiful dining room set delivered and set up with white glove delivery. Everything was fantastic and the set is exactly what we saw online and wanted. When I cleaned the table off after set up I did notice a couple minor scuffs or chips in the varnish on one side. I contacted 1Stop’s customer service/claims department right away and got a phone call back from the lovely Robin shortly after. She was so helpful and went above and beyond to liaise with the manufacturer and reach a solution for us. Really reputable company with really friendly, helpful people working with them. Definitely recommend!

This is my first time using your services and I pray the chairs are what they are supposed to be as I have the dining set, just needed these two chairs to complete the set but they are not on sale at Ashley. I found all the info I needed and was able to order, without having to also call... (sales tax & shipping cost and shipping date) The free shipping is amazing! AND The price of the chair I wanted was marked 18% off and I was given a coupon code to get another 15% off! The chair was originally marked $2353.50 on your site. Eighteen percent off made it $1929 - which was about the same price I found this chair at a half dozen other sites. With another 15% off, it comes to $1640 before tax. That's outstanding! And my order info states the chair will be shipped out by July 11th, most places I called gave me a delivery arrival between July 15 and Aug 28; the only sooner delivery date (for late June) would have ran me $2321. Website was easy to navigate and clear/concise. Thank you

I had a pleasant phone call with a representative of 1Stop named Koby (sorry if I spelled the name wrong). In today’s world where people don’t want to work, he was pleasant and shared options with me to make sure I had everything I need for my purchase. I would have been upset if I didn’t order everything. He also saved me some money on the delivery. Koby knows what he is doing…he’s a keeper!
