ratingFAST delivery! Just what I needed! I bought outdoor acacia barstools for our patio and tried to match our beachcrest patio set best as possible but when the arrived to cushions were not what I hoped for (shiny and too white). So I found the replacement cushions for my beachcrest set on 1stopbedrooms and replaced them. They look great! Will definetly be buying more from this company... the order arrived in only a few days. Fantastic! -

ratingWe found the Next-Gen Durapella Power Sofa, Love Seat, and Recliner at our local Ashley Store. We fell in love with this set but it was a little over our budget. We started doing some research and found the same set at 1StopBedrooms for a few thousand dollars less. We ordered online on a Sunday and I was delivered the following Friday. It was free shipping, but we opted to pay for the in-house delivery and setup. I am beyond happy with my experience! -

ratingI happen to stumble upon 1 Stop Bedrooms when I was searching for a table and chair set for our new home's kitchen area. Immediately after typing in the info, this table nook complete with bench and booth style seating came up. My wife was overjoyed because it is exactly the one she wanted that will fit perfectly in our kitchen corner. I am amazed at the quality they carry the wide selection of furniture and the website layout. And talking with them to confirm shipping information the representative was polite and generously courteous. I am so glad my search came to them first. -

ratingWe found this to be the cheapest place to purchase the couch we wanted, and we love it! The one thing that I did not notice when purchasing was how long the order would take to arrive via standard shipping. After reaching out to customer service, the shipping process was sped up & we received our order within 8 days! The communication about delivery was also great, after receiving a call the day of delivery they were at our doorstep within the promised 30 minutes! -

ratingI received the coffee/cocktail table in perfect condition. It was very well packed. I managed to assemble it myself, using a little ingenuity, piling folded comforters on the upside-down table to help secure the bottom shelf while I added the bolts. I first placed a rod across the bottom of the tabletop to keep the weight off the drawers. The table is beautiful. It matches the end tables that were my mother's in the fifties, which I have used for the past 50 years. I was charmed when I read the tag that came with the table which said that this mid-century style was created for baby boomers. I am 72. I knew what I wanted, and this table was it. It was great to finally get the mess of mail and papers and pens off my coffee table, and into the spacious drawers. -

ratingI was nervous about ordering such a large purchase over the internet but It's been such a good experience! Everything was emailed as it was happening and when it was ready to be delivered I was promptly contacted and a date was set. They called to confirm the day before and the morning of delivery. I paid to have it set up and the 2 delivery gentleman were very pleasant and put everything together within an hour,removed all the trash and were on their way. I will definitely order from 1 Stop Bedrooms again! Thank you for making me a believer! -

ratingMy couch was delivered much earlier than expected and that was a nice surprise. The only problem I had wasy husband wasnt home when it was delivered and the men couldn't get it in the door and they didnt do things like take doors off the hinges. So...they left it sitting in the driveway and I'll have to wait for my husband to get home before I see the couch. -

ratingThe furniture is very firm. We love it! It's exactly the color I was hoping for. It fits my family dynamic too! Then when we received it there were a couple of minor issues...but my CSR, Ashley is amazing! She solve every issue, her service was impeccable! I can't say enough good things about her! Next time I order something I am going to see if Ashley can help me! Yes, she is that great! Her director or manager should promote her to train all their agents! Best service ever! The delivery guys were great too! -

ratingI ordered my chair via phone with Joe R. He was great! And very helpful. The one thing that should be updated is "free delivery". I had to pay shipping/delivery. Granted I still received a good product at a fair price. The two young guys who delivered my chair did have some difficulty getting it through the doorway to the den. Perhaps they should consider removing the box before bringing the furniture in the house. I'm sure this is not my last purchase. -

We searched online for availability and the best pricing of this furniture. Our search lead us to the 1Stopbedrooms site. The pricing was unbelievable, we would save over two thousand dollars vs the furniture store prices we saw. We checked their reviews and we were confident enough to deal with them. The whole process went very smoothly. 1StopBedrooms kept us informed at each step of the way. The delivery company they use has very respectful and friendly personnel. They were clean quick and very good at explaining how and why they did every step that they did, from unloading the furniture to the furniture assembly. My wife and I are very pleased with the entire experience we have had with 1StopBedrooms. -

Which helped me make my decision on purchasing this couch. I spoke to a representative about shipping details and all that I would need and what they offered,which was really helpful. ratingOrdering from 1StopBedrooms was probably the best experience I have ever had buying furniture! I ordered the Rawcliffe 3pc sectional, and it is magnificent! The price for this Ashley Furniture product was cheaper by about $500.00 than getting it directly from Ashley! The Rawcliffe sectional is the most plush, comfortable and beautiful set I've ever seen! And delivery was made in just four days-yes, you read right-four days! I vehemently recommend 1StopBedrooms for an overwhelmingly awesome experience! Customer service was top notch and the white glove delivery was superb! Thanks so much for everything, and I will definitely be buying more products and sending others your way! -

ratingI ordered the Heckman Wellington Estates Bed and was a little nervous ordering a bed without seeing it first. Well I just have to say this was above my expectations.The bed is GORGEOUS! Pictures do not do it justice. It is very well made and my only suggestion is to pay the extra to have them put it together due to fact it is very heavy and make sure to purchase the support system for it. The customer service I received from beginning to end with tracking my package was amazing! 1StopBedrooms you get 5 stars! -

Being an online furniture store I did hesitate at first but the online shopping experience was very easy because they had plenty of pictures with different angles to see clearly what I was purchasing. They also sent me text and emails to remind me when to expect my delivery. I have to say that there was no issues with the deliveries either by them changing the delivery dates on me like other online purchases and I bought from them 3 different times now! With the experience I had with them, I will be shopping with them often! As a designer, we want all of our online experiences to be as wonderful as 1StopBedrooms! Thank you again... -

ratingI do a lot of shopping online. Thus looking for a specific chair and ottoman, I came across 1stopBedrooms and compared them with other retailers. Their price was quite a bit less, plus there was no delivery charges! Never shopped with them before, however the sale and delivery of my item went without a hitch. I will be using them again in the future-it was a win-win experience. UPDATE: We just went to put the legs on the chair and saw that the razor cutter used by the delivery person sliced the fabric on the chair and the fabric underneath the chair! I called 1stopbedtooms, they were closed, I will see how they handle this tomorrow when they reopen. -

I ordered 5 rattan dining stools and they are literally the same as the pictures! The stools are really great quality and the price was very competitive! They arrived in a heavy duty box and very well protected! I am SO HAPPY with my purchase and would highly recommend! -

ratingThe young man who helped me order my sectional sofa over the phone was super cool and helpful. I actually ordered online and put the wrong delivery address he noticed because my billing address was one number different so he hit me up and asked thank god or who knows what I would've done plus he hooked me up with a discount gave me free stain guard spray on my sofa for free i was literally on a strict budget but wanted this specific pretty expensive sofa i wanted all the extras like pillows and whatever but i was gonna go over my budget he made it work i love him for that still waiting for it to arrive im a bit annoyed with that but as long as it comes i will forever be thankful this place is awesome -

ratingWe ordered our Chevanna platinum bedroom set on February 24, we got it delivered on March 9. We were informed throughout the whole process with emails or text messages. The delivery service was very well organized. We got it so quickly, it was professionally set up in our bedroom. We would always recommend 1Stopbedrooms. I would like to give you more details, but everything was so quick and so perfect. I just have nothing else to say but thank you 1stopbedrooms, a five star company! -

I was updated and informed often about the status of my order through email and then my delivery came much earlier than expected. The delivery men were kind, fast, careful with our large order, clean, accommodating, and informative! The couches are gorgeous high quality and they were about $600-$1100 cheaper than other companies that carried the same product! AMAZING! I as very impressed with the whole experience and will definitely be ordering from 1stopbedroom again! -

Morris was all too helpful when I had to verify our delivery location, as the billing address and delivery address were different. ratingOKAY don't think one more second about this company, people and more. BUY BUY BUY! I recommend 100%. The cost was better than a in store retail chain, they carry top brand names and products. The customer service and support is amazing too. We got an Ashley Smoke (color) couch set. It is pristine, clean and exactly what was described and more. The delivery fee is manageable. $49.99 is affordable for a couch and even the $199 is too for delivery if getting a whole bedroom set. The savings on the product is worth the shipping. Once i get more funds together, we will be looking to replace our bed and 1stopBedrooms is the only place we will buy from here out. -

ratingI must say that at first I was a Little skeptic about buying furniture on line, but now I can say it worked out fine. After ordering I was given a delivery date, but I was also having new floors installed in my home, so I called the company to see about delaying the delivery until the floors were finished. They worked right along with me and came up with a date once the floors was completed. I just received my living room furniture and so far I must say that I am delighted with my purchase! Delivery was really nice [white glove]. And just as they said the furniture was brought in, put together, and set up. This purchase experience from 1stopbedrooms was definitely a game changer for me. I would certainly without hesitation recommend them to my family, friends and anyone looking to purchase furniture.
