Verified BuyerI had an issue with some damage to my sofa that was delivered today. I sent in a email for the repair. I was called back in less than 10 minutes which was shocking to me because that never happens. Vera is the customer service representative that I spoke with. She was so pleasant and willing to help solve the issue. She solved my problem within 5 minutes. Great customer service. With this type of customer service I will be purchasing from this company again in the future. I will also be telling people about the affordable prices. -

We received the chairs we ordered in perfect condition and on time. The prices for the chairs we ordered were the best saving over $100.00 compaired to the local retail outlet. Of course there is some simple assembly required. -

Great quality furniture, shipped fast. And was delivered 3 days earlier than they said it would be. Nothing was damaged, the white glove service was so respectful of my sleeping husband ( he works overnights and sleeps during the day) they were fast and efficient. I received a confirmation email, which is pretty standard, but also a phone call from someone who explained the process to me from order to delivery. I received an email to track my order and never had to wonder where my sofa was at, with the timeframes in the tracker. They also called me when the sofa arrived in the warehouse to get my availability for delivery. I could pick a day and timeframe that worked for me. I also received a voicemail and text message from the delivery company. The driver called to let me know they arrived, unloaded the sofa, took the elevator up, hauled the sofa down the long hallway, and into my living room within minutes. They were working so hard! They were so polite and, with care, unpackaged my sofa, and made sure everything was done to my liking. From 1stopbedrooms to the Hub Group delivery service, a big five stars from me. I greatly appreciate the informative and efficient processes, and wonderful employees! -

My husband and I were looking for a leather couch and found exactly what we wanted at 1StopBedrooms for an amazing price—almost $600 less than anywhere else we had found it! Since we had never heard of the company before, we did some research and decided to call customer service before placing our order. We were so impressed with the representative who helped us. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely wonderful to work with. He answered all of our questions and gave us the confidence to move forward with our purchase. Our couch arrived earlier than expected, which was another pleasant surprise. The delivery was handled by a father and son, and they were both fantastic—professional, friendly, and careful with our new furniture. The gentleman was very friendly and helpful, and he actually stayed on the line while I completed my order. The table arrived in perfect shape. Verified BuyerI had to call a rep because when I entered the 3 items into the cart, I did not receive the multi piece discount. I spoke to Joe who was very polite and he explained to me that the multi piece discount was only good for the sofa, loveseat, and chair. I wanted the sofa sleeper, loveseat, and chair and don't understand why I couldn't pay the difference between the sofa sleeper, and sofa and still get a multi piece discount along with the loveseat and chair. -
