After ordering I decided to change delivery service to white glove delivery. I sent email through website and within minutes received a call back and was sent the link to make the change. I am more than satisfied with my experience thus far looking forward to receiving my new bedroom furniture. -

ratingI couldn't find what I really wanted on the furniture showroom floor without paying a ridiculous amount of money. We're were in a flood and I was trying to get us a bed. I happened upon your website and found what I saw in the store for thousands of dollars more. I need to replace all my furniture that was destroyed in the flood. ???????? -

ratingYesterday, I received and email stating that I wouldn't get my order until January 8th. I called in and was sent to one of your customer service agents (i don't know his name). Anyway, I was so disappointed that my 12 year old son wouldn't get his Christmas gifts of having a redone bedroom and brand new bed set . In fact I was sad and the bed set wasn't even for me. It was just the Idea of my son not having anything on Christmas day. Before calling in, I was frantically searching for a new set elsewhere, only to come up short. Nonetheless, when I spoke to your customer service agent, he was able to work with me and we came up with a new deal that would not only make me happy, but it's going to be here before Christmas. This makes my heart so happy! Please let your customer service agent know that, he not only restored my faith in superior customer service, but he restored my faith in 1stop Bedrooms. Thank you, guys!!! P.s. Please consider me for the $25,000 Giveaway. I am a struggling single father who would be absolutely grateful and blessed to receive such a gift. Thank you, again. ratingWe were happy to find a quality piece of furniture at a reasonable price. It arrived in great shape and was packaged to prevent damage. Delivery wasn’t as quick as we’d hoped, but free shipping was a huge plus that made up for that. In home drop off is what you are provided by 1stopbedeooms; however, delivery team wanted to drop off on the porch. After we requested placing inside our door, they did accommodate our request. Overall, we’re very pleased with process and merchandise. -

ratingI actually had to call to place an order with the rep via the phone because I was purchasing as a gift for my daughter. The address it was being shipped to was not my address and had to be verified. The rep.who handled the call did so in a flawless manner and was able to process the order. I was very appreciative of how smoothly this went. I thanked Victor, for his help with getting my order processed. He made it quite easy. I can hardly wait to hear what my daughter will say when she receives it at her home. I hope she likes it as much as I did when I saw that beautiful dresser. It is a surprise! -

I reached out to the suggested representative, Sean, and he was super helpful and helped me get everything I need and quickly. He was very courteous and helpful and at no time was pushy to sell extras etc. just provided the information for me to make an informed decision about my furniture. I will definitely be recommending to others! Can't wait for my new comfy sofa! -

ratingMy experience with this company was very pleasant. I honestly was going to cancel being a retired person because of the total amount the items I picked. I needed to add white glove to my order which means the guys bring everything in and set it up for me and then takes the boxes with them. It was a little over my budget, but this sweet gentleman and I don't have his name, waved it for me. And also gave me a black Friday deal. Everyone was very helpful and nice that I talked to. I definitely recommend this company if you are looking for some nice furniture. -

ratingWe ordered a bookshelf from 1StopBedrooms and initially it was available. Unfortunately we received very soon after placing the order that the product was backordered. I thought about cancelling the order and purchase it somewhere else but I was glad that I didn't. Why? Let me share my experience...the new date was communicated and we could either cancel or kept the order. Then we experienced it one more time a couple of weeks later and we decided to keep on the list. The service was great and very transparent, which we truly appreciated. The package was delivered on 11/24/2024 and it was very well packaged. It was wrapped in plastic to protect from the rain as well as extra support in the corners to avoid it being damaged during transport. I can only say that we appreciated the service level and the way the package was shipped. You can see that they really care about the products and service they deliver. For sure we will look at 1StopBedrooms again for future purchases. -

ratingOrdering was easy and my loveseat was delivered eleven days later. The price for the loveseat was a little less than other sites with free shipping. Customer service was a phone call away. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. My loveseat was delivered in perfect condition. The drivers put it in the room where it would stay. I am highly satisfied with my whole experience. -

ratingI have bought a few things from 1StopBedrooms and each time have had the most pleasant experience. The online site is so easy to use finding exactly what you are after. IF you do need help…. Help is always there and with a human not a machine asking 20 questions getting nowhere. The choices are many just make sure you have the time to look at everything before choosing the item you are looking for. The quality is faultless, delivery time is fast, packing has been a consideration and done extremely well. I can highly recommend anything you might be looking at to purchase. Ordering on line was very easy and the price for the furniture I choose, was over $500 less than on another company's website. On a follow up call to the company, the customer rep explained very clearly, warranties and other options available. There was no 'hard sell' which I appreciated. He was very helpful in helping me place the order, set up delivery expectations, and understanding the process and timeframes. About 2 weeks after placing my order, I decided I wanted to make an adjustment and they were very accommodating and super easy to work with! I received a text from the company after easily placing my order online. I was asked to call & verify the shipping information because it was different from my billing address. This was a good security measure because the shipping address was different from my billing address. The customer service representative was professional and pleasant to talk to. ratingWhen I attempted to have my purchase shipped to my daughter in another city, my purchase was rejected because the zip codes on my card and the destination differed. When I called and spoke to a sales rep in person the purchase sailed through without an issue. Even though I was initially annoyed, I appreciated that their system prevented what could have been a stolen card. Free shipping - wow! -

They have all been wonderful, but this one was exceptionally wonderful because I had Shawn helping me place my order and answering all my questions about the timing of the order being delivered, what I needed beyond what was on the website and what items were in stock. Without Sean I would have left out some really important accessories. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I'm looking forward to continue to work with this company and Sean. ratingThe entire experience from end-to-end was excellent. The website led me to exactly what I needed, and when I phoned to place the order, the salesman was very helpful. I had questions about the shipping timing, and he contacted shipping to validate the delivery dates. I was not aware that the bed I ordered required a special set of slats which he pointed out to me to avoid an additional order and wait time. I was super impressed with the experience and will recommend 1stopbedrooms to everyone. -

ratingI purchased a desk recently from Wayfair and have spent more than a week and half on the phone every day and online with many online shopping websites with their customer service people trying to locate and order a 2 drawer lateral file cabinet and an executive Swivel Chair to complete our home office. Their Customer Service Reps. have not exteneded themselves to actually being Customer Service oriented at all. They would not assist in looking online without having a SKU#, they could not tell me if an item has been discontinued or when it may be available in the future or even it is going to be available. Many of the manufacturers offer the exact same items under a different furniture collections name. I came across 1stopbedrooms.com and read some of the reviews and was hesitatant because of the negative vibes. After speaking with two different Sales Reps. and asking them for reassurance that indeed they're legitite, I did feel completely comfortable and was able to place my first order for our chair and will receive it within 5-7 days. My other item will be back in stock within another week and I will definitely be placing the order with 1stopbedrooms.com This is the first time in DAYS AND OVER A WEEKS ON THE PHONE DAILY TRYING TO GET THIS DONE! I was contacted by Vera via email I told her my wife was pregnant and she immediately got on her job and was able to find me another similar set for less allowing me to add extra items to my order. Now my items are on the way well before December. 1STOP is your number one spot to shop and their customer service is amongst the top. -

ratingI have purchased furniture in the furniture in the past from One Stop Bedroom and was very pleased with the bed I purchased. It truly exceed my expectations. The bed has held up very well and still looks new although it is 7 years old. When looking for living room furniture I knew that I would get it from One Stop Bedroom. The furniture is excellent but so is the customer service. If you are looking for quality and great service this is where you need to go. -

ratingWe purchased the Alphons collection sofa and love seat which was on sale. Within an hour of ordering they called me to tell me it was on backorder and gave me a choice of canceling or waiting an additional 10 days for it to arrive. We had no issues with waiting so we waited, it was nice to have the choice to cancel though. The furniture came 2 days earlier than their forecast, it was delivered by a moving company who put it right into my living room for me. We're glad we waited because the set is nice. The color seems to match the website picture well, the fabric was well stitched and we could find no flaws, all the reclining mechanisms work well. The cushions seemed a bit stiff at first but after a couple of weeks they now are soft and very comfortable. We'd definitely recommend this set as well as 1StopBedrooms to others.
