ratingFrom browsing the website to delivery, everything was nothing less than fantastic! The price we found for the Ashley sofa we were looking for was the best on your website. Placing the order was easy and we were pleasantly surprised with the delivery turnaround. Transport was super fast and the delivery workers brought the 300 pound sofa into the house and help set it up as it came in multiple pieces. Totally will search the website again for future purchases! Thank you for making furniture shopping stress- free!! -

ratingThe Madison Park comforter set is gorgeous! It's well made with attention to detail on both the comforter and shams. The outside of the comforter is not too furry and lays nicely on the bed while the underside is a soft flannel that matches the aqua color beautifully. The filling is generous, soft, and plump and makes a good hefty weight for winter. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. -

ratingI've used 1 stop bedrooms two times. The first time, my furniture was delivered on time and in good condition. I was very pleased. The second time, I purchased the white glove service for the assembly of 4 beds. The price seemed reasonable. The third party delivery/set up fell below my expectations. I complained to customer service who called to apologize and refunded my money. They stepped up and did the right thing. I realize that it's difficult to manage a third party but 1 Stop Bedrooms made things right. I will be purchasing from 1 Stop again. They treated me right. -

ratingFour heavy boxes sat outside my front door one afternoon. I managed to get three in our townhouse but had to open the main unit piece by piece so I could carry it inside. Point is, this is a heavy, sturdy unit. Following the directions was easy. I assembled all four units by myself but needed help in attaching the bridge. Very pleased with the whole process. -

ratingEven though your web designer has a little more work to do on making the filters actually employ, my UX was successful; you had exactly the colour I have been looking for these last several weeks; and, Simon in orders/ship prep (sorry, don't know dept exact name) gave me an upgrade that made my wife very happy. So, thank you, Merry Christmas, and I am looking forward to my White Glove bed experience next month. -

Very fast at fixing the error that was happening and placed my order. Shipping says it'll be in a few days which is very quick compared to the other company's I've seen. ratingExcellent assistance! We were offered an upgrade to our delivery as well as an upgrade to the 5 year package from the 3 year for the same price. It was explained to us that the Ashley plan didn’t require us to ship the furniture but they would come to us. So very glad we were told!! I’m sorry I don’t remember the gentleman’s name but it was the end of his 12 hr shift and he was so helpful and kind. -

I have not received my chairs via Fed-Ex yet but I know they are going to look great with my dining room table. ratingExcellent customer service. Received a text to call in and loved that it had my order # and what # to push when calling in. Sales rep was extremely kind and helpful. Was able to pay the additional shipping fee. We live in a rural area that’s remote. My table broke during our move a few days ago so I was excited that one stop bedrooms still had it in stock and it was on sale. I originally purchased about 3 years ago. Best customer service I have ever had. Thank you -

ratingI wanted to buy a particular coffee table to go with my new console, so I searched the internet for the best deal. The table is made by a popular company so it was offered by many sellers. I perused them all. When I landed on 1stopbedrooms I noticed that they offered free delivery along with a very competitive price. I placed the order and very quickly received a confirmation in my email. This was followed up with a phone call to verify my shipping information and an update on when I might expect delivery. I haven't received my table yet, but I do expect it in 2-3 weeks. All other sellers were 6-12 weeks out with an average of $240 delivery fee. If I end up having a problem with this company, I will revise my review, but in the meantime, I've been very pleased with the service. -

ratingMorris was very helpful and new exactly what I was ordering even though it was by phone with little info. Processed my order and gave details on shipping information and how the products looked as the online pictures were limited. Excellent customer service and pleasant. 1stopBedrooms had exactly what I was looking for and was able to ship to me as I saw the same products at another furniture store that could not ship to my address. Will definitely be shopping at 1stopBedrooms again. -

ratingI was skeptical on whether or not this website was legit, however I took a leap of faith once I saw a sofa set I was eyeing from Ashely’s Furniture store posted on the website, but at a discounted price ($200-300 cheaper plus free shipping)! I couldn’t pass that up! I also got an email and text message from them verifying a delivery date while also offering to set-up my sofa set for free once it arrives except I was a first time customer. Definitely recommend (will update review if needed)! -

ratingI live in Erie Pa. and we were looking for new dining room chairs. I found some nice chairs at a local furniture store that carries Ashley brand. The problem was they couldn't answer my question for a few days as to when I could have these 8 chairs delivered and they did sorry it would take at least 3 weeks and wouldn't have them for Thanksgiving. Well I did a little searching online and found 1stopbedroom . Your company not only had my chairs delivered in 2 days we also saved $800. Yes the same exact chairs! Thank you very much! -

ratingOk, I want to start by saying after reading the reviews here. I got scared, skeptical, and thought I was gonna need a lawyer one day. I can say this company was absolutely excellent to deal with. Did it take longer than usual to get my couch? Yes. But I am a patient man. One month it took. And let me tell you. The quality is just as good as it was in the store it self if not better. Its beautiful and Im beyond happy. No damage and the delivery company was AMAZINGLY accommodating and nice. They outsource delivery drivers so it depends on your area. They order furniture in bulk and sell it. Be patient. These guys provide excellent furniture at a cheaper price. This couch was $2499 at Ashleys. This was worth the wait honestly. Thank you for not allowing my skepticism to win. People? Be patient when you order. Its worth the wait for the price. Free delivery. Did the set up my self. Idk what more I can say. I just want people to know its not a scam. Its a waiting game is all. -

Having a direct line to make sure you always get Kobi is huge. ratingGreat prices, easy check-out process, and even better customer service. I had to call to verify some of my billing information, before the order could be processed. The agent I spoke with was very pleasant and professional. He asked additional questions just to ensure I was getting exactly what I needed. For example, he asked wanted to confirm with me that I knew that the sectional I chose had the chaise on the left side , just to make sure that was my intent and that it would fit in the space that I had planned for. He asked me did I need brackets, because Ashley furniture does not include those. He sent me a link to order, made sure i knew exactly what to do, and it was just as easy and seamless. ratingOrder was quick and easy...I did have to verify my order due to my bank card showing one address and the fact that I was having delivery to a different address. It was refreshing to be able to talk to an agent that spoke english as their first language and they were extremely helpful. This certainly made up for what I dealt with trying to order the same couch from one of their competitors (Ashley Furniture) only to have Ashley Furniture cancel my order by email. Hang up on me when I reached out to customer service and have to try and translate the information on why my order was cancelled. If I learned anything its stick with companies that know how customer service works. -
