ratingTo all who may be wondering if 1Stop Bedrooms furniture, is where you should shop... look no further! My grandson just turned ten, he had a pirate ship bed and felt like he was in need of a little change. I raised my daughter (his mother), as a single blind mother. Things were very difficult back then.But now that I have the means to help provide a good life for my grandchildren... you better believe it's the best feeling in the world. We search together to find his perfect dream bedroom set... something he can use later in his teenage years, to early adulthood. He was looking for style.I was looking for quality. We found the best of both at 1Stop Bedrooms. He's actually folding his clothes and color coding them, now that he has his new handsome bedroom set! His room looks absolutely amazing and he feels very special. We were not able to purchase the tall dresser.That belongs to the set simply because there was no space for it in his room. Being visually impaired and only being able to see things magnified, was a bit difficult. But the website was very helpful and easy to navigate.m! Thank you so much 1Stop bedroom! ratingThey started with one stop bedrooms because of their prices were Superior. But then I was also amazed with their customer service and how they made sure that my wife and I were both happy with the product and the shipping of the product to get to our home before they said that it would arrive. I highly recommend this during a Time when customer service it's marginal at best. One Stop bedrooms has not sacrificed customer service for price at all. -

ratingI ordered 2 couches a leather chair and ottoman on Dec 26 and was told delivery would be late January. We ordered something that turned out to be Out of Stock everywhere we checked. Today, April 3rd, three months later, we took delivery and are very happy with the product and the White Glove Delivery. 1 Stop BR has a great supporting staff and a great delivery service. Although we were nervous about ordering online, I am glad we did. The products showed up in their original factory wrapping and were uncrated in front of our house. I look forward to purchasing from them again. They are the real deal. -

ratingSince I haven't received my order yet, I really don't know what to write a review on. However, I must say that the customer service representative I spoke with over the phone was very pleasant, and I could really use the $2500 gift card because I am a struggling single mother of three who always gets left out of almost everything. This my first time shopping from this spot but wouldn’t be my last if I get this gift card and would be a wonderful birthday present to me. Which my birthday is April 28th. -

ratingThe ordering process was seamless. Customer service reached out to confirm my order and offered a few small upgrades that I did not see at check out, which I liked. Shipping was much faster than expected and the local delivery company was great with communication and installation. The set I ordered is absolutely gorgeous and I am very pleased with the quality, color and comfort of it all. -

ratingThis is the second time I’ve ordered product from 1Stop Bedrooms. My most recent order was for a complete patio set. The price from 1Stop Bedrooms was $850 less than local furniture stores. Delivery time was reasonable and very conveniently delivered into my garage. Would definitely recommend 1Stop Bedrooms to anyone looking for Quality furniture at the most reasonable price possible. -

ratingI had an issue with a mattress I got for my grandson who we got custody of. He has not been able to sleep in his new bedroom set yet because the mattress will not fill out. I was getting upset until Steven who stepped in and has taken really good care of us. He was very professional and so nice. He went out if his way to make sure we were taken care of. ratingI ordered my new sofa in January 2024 and it took an 8 week period for it to be made. I must admit I was quite impatient waiting for it to be delivered. I received it a week ago and I am thrilled with it. Its very well made, the color is beautiful and it looks wonderful in our living room. I called 1Stop Bedrooms to let them know how pleased I am with my purchase, and will use them again for another furniture purchase in the future. -

ratingI became worried after placing my order for my sofa, chair and ottoman because I found some bad reviews with horror stories. That was not the case for me. I received my delivery in less than 2 weeks and in perfect condition. I was worried that my order might come later than expected. When I called customer service, they were very professional and assured me that everything was on schedule for prompt delivery. I am very pleased and will order from this company again!! -

ratingBrowsing online for a sofa sleeper I ran into 1StopBedrooms! To my surprise they had exactly what I was looking for plus more. On top of the wonderful sales we weren’t too sure if they offered military discount so a quick phone call led us to a fast and friendly transaction over the phone. Although they weren’t able to provide a military discount they offered a great price cut elsewhere. The customer service I received from Ray, was above and beyond my expectations! ratingOne stop bedrooms had the table. I wanted it to go with the my stools. It was made by Ashley, but Ashley did not offer the Table on their website. it took a little longer than anticipated, but once I set the final date for delivery, they were extremely prompt and were at my house very early in the morning. I love the table and I feel it’s worth the wait. -

ratingThough it took almost a month to received my sofas it was worth the wait . Delivery was quick. I am so pleased with my sofas they are exactly what I order and are so comfortable that my cat can’t stop sleeping on them. I had to put blanks to cover the sofa cause of his nails. And the pull out bed is so comfortable my husband want to stay sleeping on them. Thank you so much for keeping me posted on when my sectional would be delivered. And I just love the color blue they are beautiful -

ratingIn-store prices were too expensive, and we couldn't customize a sectional how we wanted, so we checked out 1StopBedrooms. We found the same exact couch as in-store for almost a thousand dollars less. We were able to customize it, and the order process went smooth. Customer service called a few days later, because their website hadn't added tax on for some reason, but the guy I spoke to was very clear about the new overall price. Communication was good. The shipping schedule I was emailed lined up with the order's actual timeline. The delivery crew was polite and professional. Couch was easy to assemble and looks and feels great. I love how much money we saved. -

rating1StopBedrooms exceeded my expectations. I ordered a dining room set and curio from a different vendor and was told that I would have it by January. Then I received a phone call that it would not come until March. I was so disappointed then I found it on 1Stop Bedrooms. I called and spoke to Raymond who was absolutely wonderful and found all my pieces for me. He told me when to expect my set and curio and honestly it came exactly when he said it would how refreshing to have a salesman that you can rely on. I will definitely call on Raymond the next time I need to place an order for furniture. He is your go to man when you need something. I just want to say that the furniture is absolutely gorgeous even more lovely than on line. I just love my purchases. -

ratingI've been looking for just the right floor lamp for the downstairs TV room and knew as soon as I saw this one that it would fit perfectly with the decor. The wood & metal blend with sofa and coffee tables and the black adds warmth to the area. It came in perfect condition and was easy for my husband to assemble. I'm a happy customer. -

ratingI recently placed my second order for furniture with 1 Stop and can't wait to get it! My first order was great and I love my barstools and bed. I noticed a very small spot on 2 items, nothing terrible but I wanted to let customer service know and they were incredible! They applied a $50 credit to my account! I was totally NOT expecting that! I have recommended 1 Stop to all my friends and family. I stay on the website almost every day! Love 1 Stop Bedrooms!! -

ratingI absolutely love love love my new couch!!!!! Couldn’t be happier with this purchase. This is a solid couch. This is a couch that will definitely last a long time. It’s hard to find good quality furniture esp when shopping online. We’ve purchased quite a few couches over the past 5 years and have been disappointed the minute we unpacked and put together…. They never last. But not this purchase. We needed something strong and durable. We’re a family of 4, 2 toddlers, 2 dogs, 1 being a Great Dane. When shopping this time around I knew I wanted something that was made by Ashley bc years ago we had an Ashley couch and it was solid. 1StopBedrooms offered this couch at the best price at the time. They also were very good as far as customer service goes and getting it delivered quickly. I needed this couch by a certain timeframe and they made it happen. I couldn’t be happier with the product itself and their customer service. All other future purchases that we make will be thru them. -

ratingI got my Table and Chairs in today, It took 2 months, was sent out twice; I thought for sure my order was going to end like some of the other reviews… but it didn’t. My table and chairs took about 5 hours to put together, it was a pain in the butt; but, it was worth it. I’m just glad it all came in. Only had an issue with 1 chair, one of the pieces on the bottom was wrong; but somehow I got it together and it works. Now to get it paid off. -

ratingAt first I was going to give a 3 star review. The reason was because I purchased my furniture on November 27, 2023. It was supposed to ship on or before 12/16. When the date came, the shipping date was changed to, on or before 12/30. I was upset, I went back and read their information on shipping again. "Your items could take 4 to 6 weeks to ship." So they were definitely in their time frame. Well it did ship on 12/30. I read that shipping can take between 5 to 7 days, then once at the local delivery hub, could be another 5 to 7 days to be notified to set a delivery appointment. So upto 2 weeks after the shipping date. Here it is 01/03/24 and my new sofa is in my home. The entire process, purchase to in my home was just under 5 weeks, that includes weekends and of course Christmas and New Years holidays in there. Overall, a great purchase, saved myself $300 from my local Ashley store, AND......The Ashley store told me they didn't have the item in stock, so would be about 4 to 6 weeks for delivery as well. 1 stop bedrooms, good job. The next time I need furniture, I will be contacting you first. -

ratingOur 1StopBedrooms customer service rep was very helpful. He recommended adding StainGuard to my new Sedona Oakwood Coffee Table to protect it from coffee spills and scratches. I would not have known about this add-on feature had I not called in person to place my order by phone vs ordering off their website. Also, an added benefit of ordering by phone was I got entered into a raffle to win $2500 dollars worth of furniture from 1StopBedrooms! -

Being the first time ordering a piece of furniture over the phone/online, he eased all my concerns. Especially when it came to any potential issues with the product upon being delivered. ratingWhen I went to look at the Ashley Furniture at one of the home stores, the sales associate informed to never buy from 1StopBedrooms. The associate stated the third party site was only 50% on completing orders. I decided to order from them as my daughter had prior and has pleased. Granted, I only ordered a week ago and have not received the set yet, however, I have been pleased with the cost of the product, cost of shipping and the ease of the site for online ordering. I am very eager for the order to be shipped and "white glove" service for set up. -
