Usage Instructions

    Proper Use

  1. Use a new structurally-sound foundation. An old foundation may not provide sufficient support and may give way under pressure.
  2. Support the foundation with a rigid frame beneath the full perimeter of the mattress. Make sure that queen and king mattresses have extra support in the center. If not, a minimum of five sturdy wooden or metal slats of 1” by 4” can be used for frames. For stability, incorporate legs under the three central slats.
  3. For mattresses without a platform bed (i.e. foundation) underneath, place a sturdy hardwood, particle board, or plywood surface on top of the mattress support structure’s open slats if the spacing exceeds 2 in (i.e. 5 cm) between each. Doing so will provide evenly-distributed support for the entire mattress.
  4. By using a protective pad with your mattress, you can keep the mattress in the best possible condition, uphold your warranty, and extend its lifetime.

    Caring for Your Mattress

  1. During the moving process, mattresses oftentimes sustain damage. By carrying your mattress sideways in a bag or protective case, you can minimize risk. Use the mattress handles solely for repositioning on the mattress foundation, not for carrying purposes. Doing so may result in fabric rips.
  2. Avoid standing on or bending the mattress to prevent damage.
  3. Mattress fabrics may be sensitive. In turn, avoid using standard fabric sprays or cleaning products, as stains or thread damage may occur.
  4. Keep all labels intact on the mattress, including the model name and any legal disclaimers. Doing so will help preserve your warranty and identify your mattress.

    100 Day Return Period

  1. If you request a return within 100 days of receiving your product, you may be eligible for a refund.
  2. Please note that your product must be within the United States when you request your refund. This is due to the high cost of international shipping and handling. Upon receipt, we recycle returned products.
  3. We limit our 100-day return offer to one per household on an annual basis. Additionally, returns are offered exclusively through 1StopBedrooms. Return requests made directly to brands will not be eligible for the same return offer. On the 101st day after your delivery, the product will no longer be eligible for return.
  4. As part of our 100-day return offer, we solely accept returns initiated by the original purchaser. These are purchases made directly on www.1StopBedrooms.com. External purchases are not eligible. Even if a return request is made within the 100-day window, the return will be deemed ineligible if it is requested by another party, including after a secondhand sale or exchange. Requestors must provide the original receipt as well for verification purposes.
  5. *Clearance, on sale, and discounted mattresses are not eligible. Qualifying mattress's must be slept on for at least 90 nights so that your body can adjust to the new support system. Qualifying mattresses are subject to a return processing fee of $139, a 20% restocking fee, and a return shipping fee estimated at $2.25 per pound.
