    The people that helped my wife and I were very kind and respectful. My called explaining how we' were having people over to watch the Super Bowl and our furniture hadn't been delivered yet. The representative that she spoke with, Douglas was his name assumed her that our order would be delivered to our house in to watch the game, and it was. The delivery men called me ahead of time to inform me when they would arrive and they were here. They were very respectful and professional.
