When the bed is open, there is a clearance of 9.6" underneath.

Measuring 78" (W) x 33.5" (D) x 38.9" (H), the sofa provides comfortable seating during the day and can easily be transformed into a bed by removing the cushions and folding out the Wall Bed. The sleeping surface fits perfectly over the seating area and between the armrests of the sofa. The sofa can be used as an add-on to any of Bestar's queen wall beds or placed against a wall. Please note that it cannot be placed in the middle of a room as it does not have a backrest. Additionally, you have the option to choose between plastic or chrome legs for the sofa. The seat cushions are 7.9-inch thick, and all fabrics used have a heavy-duty backing.
